Take me in your Nightmare

Being in a school filled with young vampires in a way made me feel a little bad about myself. They were so close to perfect it was scary. Perhaps I look this way too. I was recently bitten by a vampire and left out on the streets to die. Thankfully an adult vampire named Solice found me. She looked like she was in her early 20s. With long sleek black hair that hung to her lower back. She had ice cold blue eyes that sent a shiver down my back every time I looked into them.  She was the one who brought me to Silver Moon. Its a place for vampires to live and learn. Its like their.. I mean our own little world.

The hallways were filled with fast paced beautiful vampires. They all seemed to know where they were going while I stood in the middle of everyone trying to figure out where to go. Strangely not one of them ran into me.

"Dont tell me you're lost." A voice teased and chuckled.  "Well Im new to this." I snorted. Turning to see his face I saw a tall, pale, handsome young vamp. He was...Beautiful. And Im the kind of girl who calls guys beautiful. Mostly because they arent but this guy was. In a strange way I wanted to be able to draw people in like he did to me.

"Would you like help? Cause it seems that you need it." He held a smug smile on his lips. Okay so he might have been good looking but no way was I going to make him think I NEEDED his help. Its not like I would die without it. Or at least I hope not. "I do not need your help. I can find things on my own." I huffed.

I quickly jerked my body around to walk away but before I could take a second step a almost ran into a vampire. She shot a hiss at me that made me shutter and recoil. But she just shot me a cold glare and then walked away. His chuckle cut in once again. "Well since it seems you are doing a good job I guess I will leave you to your ways." Turning his back on me he started to walk away. But it wasnt in the fast speed that everyone else was walking in. He wanted me to stop him.

A sigh slipped past my lips. "Wait... It would be nice if you would help me." I blinked and then there he was again in my face with a goofy smile. As badly as I wanted to push him away or say something mean I couldnt help but laugh. His eyes were a bright blue but in a strange way they were dark at the same time. His smile displayed his perfectly white teeth and fangs.

"Maybe the first place I should show you is the bathroom. You look like something the cat dragged in." And then my laughter was gone. My eyes narrowed. "Well for your information I just died..Then Undied or whatever so excue me if I dont look like freakin Paris Hilton!" He raised his hands as if I were going to hit him. "Okay just calm down. By the way my name is Jace." His goofy smile came back over him. I took a long breath. "My name is Audrey."

He walked me to the bathroom and stood next to the door as he waited on me. I slowly made my way to the mirror. Panic struck. What if Im not as pretty as the other vampires. What if I look like a monster. I shook myself and made my way to the mirrow. My eyes grew wide as I took in the image. The girl in the mirrow couldnt have been me. Not Audrey. She had long blonde hair that looked sun kissed. Bright green eyes and looked as if they would glow in the dark and maybe they did. Bright red lips and a fresh pale face. She was beautiful. I was beautiful.
