Blane Chapter 11: Nick Acton
|
Before they knew it, senior prom had arrived. Dale was so excited to go he could feel he music in his soul already. Blane, however, wasn’t so intent on going.
“So, what color is my corsage?” asked Dale
“Yeah, about that; I don’t think I want to go to prom.” said Blane
“What, its senior prom. How can you not want to go?” asked Dale
“I don’t know, maybe it’s the whole dance thing.” said Blane
“What kind of fag are you, you don’t want to dance?” asked Dale
“Okay, maybe it isn’t the dancing. I just don’t want people to talk or for us to get kicked out again.” said Blane
“Shh, don’t say that so loud. Sam’s around the corner and if he heard that the reason that we left is because we got kicked out, he’ll turn this whole school into a march for gay rights.” said Dale
“Well, who’s to say that I wouldn’t join him.” said Blane
“Well aren’t we such an out and proud activist all of a sudden.” said Dale
“It’s not that. It’s just that I don’t want you to be disappointed if they don’t let us stay.” said Blane
“Don’t you understand? All I want is to be with you, for the entire world to see. Even if they do kick us out, I’ll be happy just being with you.” said Dale
“Well then, why don’t we go out together than; why do we have to go to the prom?” asked Blane
“Do you remember when I told you about this time last year to never apologize for yourself?” asked Dale
“Oh Dale.” said Blane
“No, don’t ‘oh Dale’ me. You not wanting to go to prom is just you apologizing for who you are. You should be proud of who you are a never let anyone tell you its wrong.” said Dale
“I think I’m past that Dale.” said Blane
“Then what are you whining about? Let’s just go to prom and have a good time.” said Dale.
“You go; I don’t want to ruin your prom night.” said Blane
“You’ll ruin it if you’re not there, duh.” said Dale
“Why is this so important to you, it’s just a school dance.” said Blane
“No it’s not just a school dance, its prom. It’s your last chance to have a good time with all of your friends from school. It’s celebrating you getting through high school, and finally leaving this place.” said Dale
“I’ll think about it okay.” said Blane
Blane didn’t want to go to the prom, simply because he didn’t want it to turn into a disaster for Dale. He knew that it was important to Dale, so maybe if Dale went without him, he could enjoy the whole experience without having it ruined because the chaperones or the principal didn’t approve of their relationship. But he also knew that not going would hurt Dale also, so he was left with somewhat of a dilemma. But, little did he know, another dilemma, a much more urgent one, would soon lie at his feet.
Before Blane, Dale had a boyfriend that was one of the most reckless people anyone could ever meet. His name was Nick Acton, and he had a gravitational pull on Dale that no one could ever break, not even Dale, especially not Dale. About a month before Blane went to Dale with his problems, Nick’s parents sent him away to boarding school in France to try and stop him from drinking, and doing drugs. A week before that, Dale attempted to break up with Nick, but he just couldn’t stay away.
Dale was uncontrollably attracted to Nick. He was physically attracted to him, and he was attracted to the rush that he felt every time Nick did something stupid. Dale was perfectly happy with Blane, happier than he ever was with Nick, but all of that would be compromised when Nick came back to town after his graduation. Dale was doing his homework inside of his room when he heard a knock on his window. Thinking it was Blane; he got excited and rushed to open the blinds of his window. When he saw who was on the other side, his face went white with horror. It was Nick. Dale opened the window.
“Hey babe.” said Nick
“What are you doing here?” asked Dale
“Now is that any way to greet the one you love.” said Nick
“You’re not the one that I love anymore, Nick.” said Dale
“Aren’t you going to invite me in?” asked Nick
“Why should I? The last time you were here you were drunk out of your mind and you tried to rape me.” said Dale
“Aw, but that was the old me baby, I new a man now.” said Nick
“Why should I believe you? It’s not I like I haven’t heard that before.” said Dale
“Oh but it’s true this time, baby.” said Nick
“I’m not your baby.” said Dale
Just then, Dale’s cell phone rang. He went to go get it, forgetting that the window was open, for Nick to freely climb in. He answered the phone, it was Blane.
“Hello?” asked Dale
“Hey Babe.” said Blane
“Oh, hi; listen, can I call you back later? I’m kind of in the middle of something.” said Dale.
“Yeah, sure; are you okay you sound like you just saw a ghost?” asked Blane
“Yeah, I’m okay, just let me call you back later.” said Dale
“Okay, Bye.” said Blane
“Bye.” said Dale as he hung up the phone
Dale turned around and Nick had climbed into his room and closed the window. Before he could say anything, Nick had forced a kiss onto Dale, but Dale pushed away.
“Nick, this can’t happen right now.” said Dale
“Why not; don’t you love me anymore?” asked Nick
“I already told you that I don’t. I don’t even want you here. You need to go.” said Dale
“What wrong is there another guy coming between us or something?” asked Blane
“Actually there is someone, but he’s not coming between us, because there is no us.” said Dale
“So who’s this mystery guy? What’s his name? Is he cute?” asked Nick
“Nick, it’s Blane.” said Dale
“Blane Adams, the jock?” asked Nick
“Yeah.” said Dale
“Fat chance, so really, who is it?” asked Nick
“I’m serious Nick. Me and Blane are going out.” said Dale
“Wow, you and a jock, I never thought that I would see the day.” said Nick
“Yeah well, it’s here. So that means nothing can happen between you and me so, you need to leave.” said Dale
“Oh just because we can’t be together doesn’t mean that I have to leave.” said Nick
Dale grunted in frustration.
“Oh come one, we have so much to catch up on.” said Nick as he sat on Dale’s bed.
“Nick you really need to leave, I mean it, right now.” said Dale as he walked inform of Nick
Nick pulled Dale onto the bed so that way they were sitting next to each other.
“Come on, why are you so turned off by me?” asked Nick, but Dale didn’t answer.
“Oh so you are still attracted to me.” said Nick
“Nick, stop it.” said Dale in a small voice
Nick put his face into the side of Dale’s, and very seductively whispered in his ear.
“You can tell me to stop however many times you want, but you can’t stop yourself from being hot for me.” said Nick
Dale turned his head to face Nick
“Dale I love Blane. I can’t be attracted to you.” said Dale
“That doesn’t mean you aren’t attracted to me. Does it?” asked Nick
Nick softly put his hand on Dale’s leg right above his knee and slowly slid it upwards towards his crotch and began messaging it.
“Nick”
“Dale, don’t pretend like you don’t want me.”
“Nick, stop”
Dale wanted Nick to stop, but on the other hand it felt so good. It had been so long since the last time he had had sex. Anything would have turned him on at this point. Nick kept rubbing and rubbing so softly, Dale could feel himself getting hard, but then.
“Hey Dale, Jake said I could come in.” Blane walked in and saw them on the bed with Nick’s
“Blane!” yelled Dale as he quickly got up.
Blane ran out of the room, hurt and confused. Dale went after him, but he wasn’t quick enough. Blane sped off in his car before Dale could even reach the front of the house. A slight tear fell down Dale’s face as he thought about the pain he must have caused Blane. He walked back into the house with his head down and the tears now streaming from his face. He walked back into his room, Nick was still in there.
“What are you still doing here?” asked Dale wiping the tears from his face.
“I wanted to make sure you were okay.” said Nick
“Ha, I think you could figure that out for yourself.” said Dale
“I’m sorry this happened but maybe it was a sign that we belong together.” said Nick
“The only thing that this tells me is that you’re trouble and I should just stay away from you.”
“But I love you” said Nick
“You love me! All you do is cause me pain.” said Dale
“Pain really, I could’ve swore that a minute ago I was causing you pleasure.” said Nick
“I would like to leave Nick, I have no desire to talk to you or even see anymore.” said Dale
