I felt something soft graze my cheeks and I blinked rapidly and opened my eyes. “Mornin’ Beautiful. Breakfast is ready.” I smiled then I jumped up and covered my chest with the blanket.

“What’s wrong?” he asked. Before I slept that night, I had taken of my bra. Like most girls, it’s comfortable sleeping without them on.

“Uh… I’ll be done in a few.” I said and he nodded. He kissed my cheek then walked out, shutting the door behind him.

I jumped up from the bed and took of my shirt. The door suddenly opened right when I laid my shirt on the bed and Tanner stuck his head inside. “Oh, shit!” he yelled and quickly looked away.

I had screamed and had re grabbed the shirt. But it was no mistake that he had already gotten a view. Of what? Hello, 36A cups here. (really)

“Uhm, I just wanted to let you know that uh…well I kinda forgot. I’ll tell you later.” He couldn’t help but get one last glance at me before he shyly grinned at me before leaving.

My body felt flushed and hot. I quickly put the bra on then grabbed my t-shirt and then went across the hallway to the bathroom.

I ran a brush through my hair which made my natural curls come up. Pop they come out. I slipped toothpaste on my finger and brushed my teeth. Then I washed my face and used a towel that said Tanner to wipe water of it.

The towel smelled like him. Lemony and axe.

I walked downstairs to find everyone already seated. I sat at the seat between Tony and Tanner and looked at the plate in front of me. It already had scrambled eggs, bacon, mashed potatoes, and a side of OJ.

“Uh…sorry I woke up late.” I murmured, unsure anyone can hear me.

I felt Tanners right hand touch my knee and patted. “It’s okay. Tony just got down, too.” When his parents nodded and I smiled and started eating.

When everyone was done, Tanner leaned over and whispred in my ear. “Sorry for going in on you this morning.”

I could feel the smile in his voice and looked him in the eyes. They were twinkling. I blushed. “They looked good.” he winked, talking about my boobs and I lightly slapped his hand away, smiling.

I again helped with the dishes then me and Tanner went outside. He had told me that he was going to walk me home.

“Do you think you can walk my home? I mean, with that limp I think I should just go by myself.” I said and he shook his head.

“It feels fine, silly. Come on. You only live a couple of blocks away.”

“Okay, but my mom should give you a ride home.”

“Nah. That would ruin the gentleman thing I was going for.” he took a strand of hair away from my face and tucked it behind my ear.

We started walking and halfway there we had to stop because he felt pain below his knee. “Maybe I should take you back. You don’t have to this, Tanner. I know you’re a gentlem--”

“I want to do it, damn it!” he huffed slash yelled. “Just let me do it!”

I looked at him, shocked at his tone. “I’m sorry. I didn’t mean to make you mad. I just don’t want to see you in any pain or anything. Sorry.” My eyes turned watery.

He sighed and reached forward to cup my face in his shaking hands. “I’m sorry, honey. Please don’t cry. I didn’t mean to yell. I’m sorry.”

I ran my fingers across his cheek. “Okay. But I’m taking you home, okay?” I kissed him.

He grimced and nodded. “’kay.”

We strated walking toward his house when he suddenly fell forward, grabbing his leg. “Shit!” he yelled and closed his eyes.

I kneeled next to him and put my hands on his. “Tanner? Tanner! What’s wrong?!?”
