Hey sorry for taking so long but I got like all this stuff put on me because of the new york thing.
But I got it posted so now point in being angry? Right?
Right…? Jay kay. So ENJOY!
I scribbled my answer and tossed the note back to him. I saw him read it then gave me a thumbs up.
After that, I couldn’t stop thinking about my closet and what I was going to wear.
I decided on a short white dress that went up above my knee. It had thick straps and a rubber thing that goes under your boobs when you put it on. Then some black leggings and white flip flops with thick black balled necklace.
When detention ended, I walked to my car with Tanner. “Hey, so I just remembered that I had to do something tonight at like 10. So can I pick you up at like 7?”
Before I could answer he kept on talking. “I understand if you don’t want to go anymore. It’s kinda stupid to change the time this late but I’ll understand if you don’t –“
“Shut up, will you?” I laughed. “I’ll go at 7. Calm down it’s just the time.”
He smiled and I got in my car but I didn’t miss it when he pumped his fist in the air and whispered, “Chyeah!”
“Why can’t I go?” Cody asked me as I put on my necklace.
“Because,” I said, irritated I must have explained this a hundred times now. “It’s a date. So it’s only me and Tanner, okay?”
“Ughh. This is unfair.” He said and walked with me downstairs where I slipped on my flip flops.
My dad came in the room followed by my mom and then of course my dog. Huh, why don’t we just call grandma right?
“So, honey are you sure you don’t need money?” my dad asked me and pulled put his wallet.
“No, dad. Tanner’s a gentleman he can pay for my food. And I have 20 bucks in my wallet.” I said right when a knock came to the door.
I answered it and saw Tanner there standing in dark jeans, his skater shoes, and a blue button up t-shirt with a white undershirt. He looked s o cute right now.
“Hi,” I said and led him inside. “So this is my mom, my dad, you know Cody, and my dog, Bullet.”
Tanner shook his hand with my parents and gave Cody a high five and then patted the dog. “Hi, I’m uh, Tanner.”
“I know that. I want to know why I can’t go out with you guys.” Cody pouted. “Are you guys going to have sex?”
Everyone was quiet then my dad covered his mouth and I was walking up to Cody when Tanner grabbed my hand, gave a quick wave to my stupid family and walked me to the car.
“That was humiliating.” I said, once inside. Tanner looked at me. “I don’t even know how he knows what the word means. I mean he’s like what? 4?”
Tanner cupped my cheek. “Calm down, okay? It’s fine.” He gave me a quick peck and started the car.
Dinner was okay. We pretty much talked about the stuff we do and like. I knew pretty much everything about him when we walked out of Red Robins. And he pretty much knows everything about me.
We decided to go to the park since it was only 9:15. This is how he ended up chasing me from the car to the swingset. He sat down next to the one I was sitting in and turned it so he was facing me.
“So, what do you have to do at 10?” I asked him.
He shrugged but got a sad look on his face. “Nothing, just a family thing.”
“Oh, if you don’t to tell me it’s fine. I’m not forcing you or anything.” I commented. He suddenly lifted me up and dropped me on his lap. Surprised at his action, I looked down at him then lay my head on his shoulder my lips close to his neck.
I breathed in his scent of lemony and axe cologne. I leaned forward and gave a small kiss on his throat. Hi slipped his hands on the ropes of the swing above his head and turned his head slightly.
His kiss was soft and sweet and I used this moment to wrap my arms around his neck my head still on his shoulder. My right hand reached up and touched his left cheek and stroked it.
He deepened the kiss and stroked his tongue with mine. He suddenly pulled away and I gave one last dip before he did. “That was nice,” he whispred. I nodded in agreement. “I should take you home now.”
I nodded again, still in daze.
When we were parked in front of my house, I turned to him and he leaned down to give me a kiss. The front porch light suddenly turned on and I smiled. “That’s my cue.” I wshipered and gave him a quick kiss. “This is the time when you ask me for a second date.”
“Would you say yes?”
“Yep.”
“Then do you want to hang out tomorrow?”
“Yes.”
So I’m off to New York tonight and there would me no new parts till Thursday or Friday.
