“Tyra, are you sure on this?” Kiandra asked, looking at Adrian and Lyndon, watching them pack their things into the small car.

            “I am,” Tyra answered, “Are you sure you will go with? It’s a long ride… And I don’t want you to leave for the other coven as well…” She said as she headed towards the car’s driver seat, it was her personal car; she wasn’t going to have anyone else drive it.

            “I am sure… I am not going to leave Lyndon to fend for his own at your sister’s coven…” Kiandra stressed the “I” in order to get her point across. She was implying that Tyra didn’t care enough to stay as well, or didn’t care enough to keep them.

            “It’s not your place to travel with Adrian, neither is it Lyndon’s… You don’t have to go, you can, and should, stay here and help me with Edward, he’ll need guidance…” She muttered, looking towards the young vamphyre looking out an upstairs window.

            “I will not, absolutely not, help you with your new little toy, you should keep Adrian here, why bother with Edward? What is so special about him?” Kiandra asked, her eyes angry, forcing to keep her voice as even as she could.

            “…He reminds me of my brother from when I was little… From when I was human.” Tyra slowly said, looking Kiandra straight in the eye, “I miss him, you know… I miss all my family, but none of them are around any longer… Not even the only other vamphyre… Selene was my cousin.” Tyra sighed, looking back up at Edward.

            “Brother?” Kiandra almost shouted, “Why didn’t you tell them? Why the hell did you allow us to think something else? Do you know how badly Adrian is hurting because he thought you loved Edward?” Kiandra lost it, going inside the mansion, leaving Tyra to stand there and blink, unsure of what just occurred, no one ever yelled at her. Kiandra reappeared moments later, Edward at her side.
