Allie looked behind her, out the window to see if she saw anything, or anyone.

"Allie, don't worry, it was probably nothing." Nick said. Then he kissed her and put his hands back on her waist. She put her hands on his chest gently and kissed him back.

Nick pushed himself up agains't her as close as he could get.

Allie could feel something kind of hard pushing at her stomach. She realized where this was going. "Nick." She said while pushing him back a little bit.

"Nick looked at her and asked, "What?"

Allie shook her head, saying no to him.

Nick looked at her then understood what she was saying. He rested his forehead on hers and said, "I'm sorry."

She looked into his eyes but didn't say anything.

Nick moved away from her and sat on the ground. Allie watch him as he did so.

"Why aren't things okay?" Nick asked Allie.

She looked at him, confused then asked, "What?"

"Before we came here, you told me that things weren't okay, and that you wanted to go some where relaxing and talk about it." Nick said.

Allie sat down beside him.

"Do you wanna' tell me anything?" Nick asked.

Allie rested her head on his shoulder than said, "I don't know. It's just, my mother." She lifted her head off his shoulder and scooted over until she was sitting in front of him and held both of his hands. "She, doesn't.. trust you."

"She doesn't trust me?" Nick said with a weird face.

"Yes, she doesn't trust you." Allie said again.

Nick looked at her for a minutes then said, "Why?"

"I don't know. I think it's because when my dad came up in my room and your shirt was unbutton. He told me mom and then she told me that she didn't trust you and that I should keep an eye on you."

"Well what did you say about it?" Nick asked.

"Nothing. Well I told her that you were showing me a bruise, that's all."

Nick put a straight face on and said, "What? Why did you do that?"

"Oh, no.. Nick I didn't tell her how you got it, I almost did but I caught myself and lied to her."

"What's the lie?" Nick asked.

"I told her that, you fell." Allie answered

Nick smiled. "And what did she say?"

"She still said that she didn't trust you."

"Oh." Nick said.

Allie smiled. Nick could see her face in the moonlight from the window.
"You look beautiful." Nick said while smiling.

Allie smiled and moved closer to him. Nick lifted her up and sat her on his lap. She wrapped her legs around his waist and hugged him tightly. He hugged her back.

"Allie.." Nick started. "Can I tell you something?"

Allie stopped hugging him and looked at him and nodded her head.

Nick looked at her for awhile, and thought about it, but then said, "Never mind."

"No, tell me." Allie said.

"No, it's not important. It's nothin'."

"Please." Allie begged.

"Allie, I just.. it's nothing, okay." Nick said.

Allie rested her forehead on his again and looked into his eyes for a little bit then said, "Okay."

"Okay." Nick said.

"Are you ever going to tell me?" Allie said while smiling.

"Allie." Nick said while lifting Allie off of him then standing up.

"What? I just wanna' know, Nick." Allie said while standing up and whiping the hay and sand off her clothes.

Nick looked at her for a few seconds then said, "Yes, someday.. I'll tell you."

Allie smiled then said, "I wish I knew what it was."

"You will know. But just, later." Nick said.
