Chapter 1 Welcome to My Hell

“They say the world is round and yet I often think it is square ,so many little pains we get from comers here and there.”
Why do people always fight the things they know they cant change? “Vanessa popped another pill in her mouth not allowing her mind to clear to the world around her. The room was dark a small light formed as she slipped further and further into that comfortable darkness that echoed her name softly as if beckoning her to safety. Her hands drenched in blood that made soft music tones as the scarlet juice pumped out of her wrists.
” Vanessa? Can you hear me?!” she heard a voice yell yanking her up hard blood dripped from her arms staining the white carpet under her small frame .
“Vanessa why?!?!” His voice was harsh thick with worry.
” Kyle? “ Her soft voice barley a whisper as her mind drifted closer to the dark fog in her head .
”Baby why …..”His voice trailed off. I don’t know if it was the fog that surrounded my mind or if it was how sad he seemed but if it was possible a new part of me died there in his arms blood smearing his shirt and arms as he clung to me like a child holding onto a flower .Sooner or later they know they are going to have to let it go.
“Vanessa I am here for you please come back to me”
Those where the last things I remember him saying ,before I woke up 2 weeks later tied to a bed in a cold Freakatorium.
“Your Awake!” a Short nurse with brown hair and yellow outfit beamed by the door, like a teen girl at her first prom.
“H-how love have I been asleep?” Was the only thing my mind had come to allow to leave me mouth. Of course a ton of things went through my head . Why am I here? How did I get here? Where was my family? What happened to Kyle ? Was that just a dream? Why was the yellow jelly bean excited to see me up?
“Welcome to Uphill Valley!” she sprang up fast noticing me stare at her in question for the reason she had darkened my door way. Oh wow Uphill Valley . Well if I did not know any better I would say that is long term for NUT HOUSE!
