more detailed..its from this year so i remember it better, and i needed to get what happened with the guy off my chest, let people know how i really feel about him, and how much i miss him. am i that stupid for still loving him?
Time moved on to the next year. Bella had gotten a boyfriend, but he was a friend who had moved to New York, so it wasn't too much like having a boyfriend.
She was now in high school, and still sad from what Edward did, but now was a pretty good poet, according to the few people she let read what she wrote.
However, things just weren't the same.
But she met Alexander. At first he was just a friend of a friend who was in her Spanish class. They really didn't talk much, but she would turn around to see what time it was way too much, but only because she could see him.
To Bella, Alexander was really hot, and from what little she knew, Bella liked him; and that was what got her hurt even more.
It turned out Raven had lied to her about something very serious, saying she had a life threatening disease when she didn't, and that had an affect on their friendship. At first it looked like their friendship wouldn't last the horrible lie, but neither of them wanted to loose the only person who truly understood the other. So, they talked, and made it through but no one could blame Bella for not trusting everything she said like she used to, although she did still trust Raven.
So, back to the thing with Alexander.
One of Bella's friends had been looking at her Bella's cell phone, and put her phone number in, and so had Alexander, which Bella was happy about, but didn't show.
Then, Michelle who was still a really good friend to Bella, and they now hung out a lot, just not as much as Bella had hung out with Raven. Anyways, Michelle's mom was letting her have a Halloween party, and Bella was to help plan it since both family's were friends.
There was one problem though, with the date. It was going to be two weeks from the time they had started, but another party that Bella needed to attend was on that day, so it was in one week, and the guest list had to be cut a little shorter. However, Michelle agreed to invite Alexander since Bella liked him and this was the chance she could use to get to know him.
Since the guest list was cut short, Bella didn't invite any other of her friends in that class, so they all started questioning on why she invited him and not them, so she told the truth. She told her friends that she kind of liked him, and they ended up telling him. However, her one friend, Emily, also told Alexander that she liked him so I wouldn't feel so bad.
Then, later on in class, Emily wrote a note asking Alex if he liked her, but he just said no and that he kind of liked Bella.
That day, as school was ending and everyone was going to their lockers and such, Alexander passed Bella and asked her to call him that night. She said yes, and he said to call her at six. That was perfect because Bella was going to Michelle's house to help with the Halloween Party, and six was the time she was getting home.
So, a little after six, she called up Alex and they talked for like ever. Bella had broken up with the other guy a while before since they were just too far away, and it was like they weren't going out, since they acted the same except said I love you before hanging up the phone.
Anyways, Bella got off to eat, then called him back, but he had to go to eat. Bella waited for him to call back and he did, and apparently he had talked to someone else who Bella was in a class with. Bella and the other friend had talked about Alexander, and what Bella would say if he asked her out.
So here was their conversation:
A: “So, I was talking to Amanda. She told me what you were talking about in math.”
B: “Well, we talk about a lot of things in Math.”
A: “About me. What would you say if I asked you out?”
B: “Well, you'll have to ask me out to find out...Wait! Are you asking me out?!”
A: “Yes, I am.”
B: “Then yes, I will go out with you.”
They had to get off shortly after that, but they had been on the phone for like a total of three hours, and Bella was so happy that Alex had asked her out.
The next day they talked in class, and Bella moved her seat back one so she could sit next to him, and he would 'forget' his text book so they would have to share a book and so she could move her desk over next to his.
The day went on and they didn't see each other until he walked her down to her bus, and as soon as they could, the new couple was on the phone again.
Bella's mom was suspicious about her daughter being on the phone all the time. So, when she asked Bella, Bella was honest and told her mother that he had asked her out, and that she told him yes. Also that she would be able to meet him at the football game that Friday, since Bella's brother played football for the school Bella would go, and Alexander had said he would go so they could hang out more.
The next day it was pretty much the same thing. Alex met Bella beside her bus and walked her to her locker then went to his. After she went to her locker, Bella would put her books in her classroom and go talk to him outside of his homeroom. Then they saw each other first thing in Spanish class, and again Alex 'forgot' his book, so Bella moved her desk over so they could share. At the end of class when they did nothing, he would put his arm around Bella, and she would lay her head on him, and sometimes he would even lay his head on hers.
Also, one day while on the phone they were doing the normal 'I love you' 'I love you more' stuff, but they were only saying 'I like you more' 'No, I like you more' when Alex told Bella he loved her for the first time. She said 'No, no, I like you more!' So he was like 'Well, I love you!” Bella had told him that she would let him win the love contest for today, but she loved him too.
From then on they switched days on who loved each other more, but they knew they each loved the other a lot, even if they were only freshmen in high school.
The days went by with pretty much the same routine, and with talking on the phone as much as possible, and saying dumb promises they knew probably wouldn't come true, like running away together and no one could forget the daydreams about being in a dark classroom so they had to feel around or alone on a beach, or watch a movie without actually watching it.
However, as anything good, things had to go bad. There was this rumor about Alexander saying that he was going to take Bella out to the baseball dug out (the baseball field was right next to the football field) and get a little dirty. But he had come late to the football game due to his sisters car breaking down, and they had talked about the rumor and settled that he didn't say that. Bella's parents met him and licked him, and they were looking forward to the party set for the next day.
That night, Bella went home with Michelle to get the final things ready and to sleep over. Michelle's brother told her mom about the rumor, and later Bella's mom found out.
But the next day was the Halloween Party and everyone was looking forward to it. The girls had a haunted trail ready and Michelle's basement decorated. It was so awesome and pretty good for something done in a short amount of time.
So the party was great. Alexander had gone and him and Bella hung out and danced, and everything was perfect. They sat down a lot of the time after the trail and they put a scary movie on, which freaked Bella out a little. She was either sitting on his lap since there wasn't much seating, or hand her legs over his and laid against him. Alexander would put his arm around her and she would hold it and use him to protect her, and they each held each other.
Bella's parents sat her down the next day and talked to her. They confronted her about the rumor that Michelle's parents had heard and told them, and they were going to make her break up with him.
So, Bella called Alexander up, crying, and as soon as he heard her he started asking what's wrong and saying everything would work out. Then Bella told him what her parents had told her and they just sat on the phone, her crying and him saying they'd get through it.
Finally, Bella realized that he was crying, so when she asked him if he was she marched up to her mom and begged her, saying he was crying and please don't make me do this.
Bella's mom put the phone on speaker and told them both that she was sorry for what happened, and that they could stay together under restrictions. Also that they could still go trick-or-treat together (Alex had asked Bella if she wanted to go with him on Halloween) but that she would drive behind us. It was childish, but they both agreed.
The week past pretty normally, they went trick-or-treating and everything was perfect. The last football game was that Friday and they were going to go together, but Alex's little brother got hurt and he had to baby-sit. But the tickets were already bought so Bella went and talked to Alexander on her cell phone and hung out with some other friends.
That weekend is when everything changed. He wouldn't return her calls or anything and Bella was getting really worried.
Monday at school, before homeroom she asked Alex how his brother was. He said that he was fine and walked away. Then, in Spanish, he didn't talk as much as he used to and didn't put his arm around her.
The next day he took his own book to class, and didn't care whether or not Bella moved her desk, and made no move to keep it there when her friends jokingly moved it away.
Bella defiantly knew something was wrong, but Alexander wouldn't talk to her, almost literally. However, he would talk to Emily, and he told her that his parents were making him. Bella still knew something wasn't right though. He had moved his desk across the classroom, he wouldn't talk to her, and he took back the necklace he had given her.
She went through life, crying a LOT, and missing him. She also heard a lot of things about why he dumped her, and the Spanish class was going crazy about why the 'love birds' (as they called them) split up. Finally, Bella wrote Alex a note, since he wouldn't actually talk to her, and asked for the truth. She told him that she knew the truth usually hurt, but that's all she wanted. However, she didn't know how hard it would hurt, and wasn't expecting what she got.
The truth she had received was cold and hard:
'I know this is ganna sound mean
But stop obsessing over me!
We are through!
Don't cry over me anymore!
And if there were any feelings I had for you
They're dead now
So don't ask what's wrong
Or what you can do to help
Now that we're through
I'm actually happier now
And more free of stress
So leave me alone
And stay out of my life
(PS I never really loved you)
'PSS Don't write back, I won't read it)'
Bella cried forever after that, and nothing made sense. Even today she still misses him, although hardly any one knows her true feelings; that she does still love him, and that he still hurts her.
Now, they are in two of the same classes, and go on acting like the other doesn't exist, as if they had never met the other and the other isn't there. Although sometimes Bella will still look at him, and wonder what it would be like if they were still together. Who knows what's running through his mind, or what he thought as he watched her cry.
She still hasn't moved on, and doubts she ever will, but has an excellent inspiration for her poetry.
That, and it seems like a million people had lied to her, and that no one really likes her, so she's lonely and waiting for a better day.
