The Family Curse Part 3

"You can't force me to marry anybody you know that! I don't care if I get the throne or not! I don't want to marry or have kids till I'm way older!" B.J. was raving mad by this time. Smoke was literally coming out of her ears.

"Now sweetie, this is family tradition. If you don't take the throne then your neice will take the throne and she isn't even of age yet! And if there isn't someone to take the throne soon, people could start rebeling." Queen Crystal said as she entered the room.

"I don't want the throne! I don't care if the whole dang planet rebels! I would rather Jeweless take the throne than me!" B.J. stormed out and ran upstairs to tell Pheonix the outrageous news. When she called out to Pheonix to come out, Pheonix could tell something was wrong. When B.J. explained everything in vivid detail, she was just as ticked off as B.J. was.

"WHAT?!?! I've never heard such bull crap! What about you and Ayola? You two were getting serious too!"

"I know! Why do I have to be the princess? Why could my sister's child take the throne? Just because Myleo is the father shouldn't mean anything!" B.J. regreted saying his name but she was trying to make a point.

"Talk this over with Ayola and see if he'll talk with your parents about him being the one they chose. Your parents like him, you two are pretty serious, didn't you say that ya'll two almost did it one time?"

B.J. was blushing so hard she thought her face would stay like that,"Yeah but if we hadn't have stopped ourselves they might not have to worry about the Family Secret thing."

Pheonix rolled her eyes. I expected that they DID do it. I mean they move faster than me and Jayleon. At least they have some self control.

"No I'm not a slut! He was the one tempting me as usual. You think I'm so ready for it all. But I'm not. That's why I'm not happy about this "arranged marriage" deal. I'm just not ready."

"I know that. We'll meet up with the boys tomarrow and see what they think about this."

"I'll have to warn you, Ayola will blow his lid. He can't even take another boy looking at me without ripping his throat out."

"Then we'll make sure that he isn't around anyone at the time that he is willing to kill."

B.J. was getting more and more nervous as she saw Ayola getting closer to their secret place on top of the falls. She felt him smiling at her, and he was when he landed about five feet away from B.J.

"So, what did you want to tell me?" Ayola had this innocent deep-in-love expression on his face that made telling him the news even harder.

"I'm sorry Ayola. This is about my family. It's them not you..."

"Are you breaking up with me? After all we've been through?" Ayola's expression was turning rotten faster than the speed of sound.

B.J. shook her head,"No it's not that. Sit down this could take a while to explain." Ayola sat down on the nearest rock. B.J. was pacing back and forth, explaining the whole thing, hoping he would take the news well. When she finished she sat down right where she stood, waiting for his response.

Ayola lifted his head,"B.J., are you sure there is no way around this? Did you ask your parents if I could be the one they chose? There is no rule against that from what you explained."

"Well I dont want to get married period at the present moment. I'm not an adult! I'm just a teenager. I would love to marry you, but just not now. I don't want things to change, these months with you have just been so perfect."

Ayola walked over and helped B.J. off of the cold hard ground,"Come on, let's see if there's a way around this mess."
