The completion to the computer had ended between us. The Beatles had calmed us down, John Lennon always brings me to such a peaceful mood....

I had left for the kitchen to get us sparkling zero calorie soda, I was in a good mood and thankful that Shyla had changed her mind about sending the message.

I made my way back into my room with the sodas in hand, only to stop in the doorway, eyes wide. Shyla had a playful grin on her face. She was sitting in my chair, behind her I saw the computer screen was on myspace, a fully typed out message to Jody stared back at me.

“Ok Shy...” I stammered, half laughing from how nervous I was.

“Em, it's for the best. She needs to know.” Shyla, this time completely serious, replied while turning to send the message.

I shot forward to stop her, my mind racing.

*Click*

I was too late...The message had been sent...

Later that night I received a new message from Jody through myspace. I had wrote to her first, but either way I was worried that she would ask me about what Shyla had said to her, whatever that was...

Luckily there was only one paragraph, and it started with talking about how her skating completion went. I wasn't so lucky as I read on though...

The level of the competitors at this contest was much more advanced than I'm used to. But my coaches were proud, so I guess I did well enough. BTW, your friend Shyla sent me a message, and I have an answer for her, but her myspace status doesn't allow her to get messages from me. So if you want to pass that along. . . .

So Shyla had sent the message, I was going to be safe though and make sure it was about cutting.

I wrote back to her, typing everything slowly to make sure I used the right words;

I will once I get a hold of her. Are you friends with her then?

Her reply came within the next hour, quicker than most messages from her.

No, she messaged me because she was concerned about you and knew you talked to me.

My heart beat quick as I read this. I called Shyla and told her she needed to add Jody as a friend for her to write back. Jody had asked me to, I would do anything she asked me for.

Luckily Shyla had given me her password so I could at least see Jody's reply. I had Shy's permission on this of course...

I logged onto her account to see a new message fro m Jody. It was titled 'Emi'.

So this chapter isn't as exciting but I thought I might as well get closer to finishing on telling you about this new drama happening.

So comments? Rates? Things with my father have been harder lately, so most the time I'm pretty sad when I log onto testriffic, but then when I see new comments from you guys it always brings me this happiness :}
