She opened the door to her apartment, Sophia, Camila and Blanca sitting in the living room. Gabriel got off of his cellphone, telling whoever he was talking to that she was home. Alex appeared from the dining room, a concerned look on his face.

"You had us worried sick.", her mother said, Joseph resting in her arms.

"I'm sorry."

She sighed and walked into her bedroom, Gabriel walking in and closing the door.

"Where'd you go?"

"The park.", she said as she threw her bag on the floor. She put her hair up and ignored Gabriel's stare.

"I was calling you...I thought something had happened. Camila said you just left class."

"I had to...."

"Angie...Talk to me here, what's wrong?"

She sighed and started to change clothes as he stood there. When she finished she sat down on the bed, Gabriel sitting beside her, his arm around her shoulder.

"Look, it doesn't matter to me if you left class and needed to be alone. I understand that. What I don't get is that you're pushing your friends away, even me. I just want to help."

She smiled, putting her head on his shoulder.

"I never dealt with anything. Once Camila came along, I only thought of her. Now that she's ok, I have to face myself again. And it hurts...A lot. I never got over losing our kid...."

"I told you babe, there is enough time for us to have a kid....Just maybe now wasn't the time."

"How do you stay so strong Gabe? After everything, you can still give me a smile and something nice to say?"

"I love you....That's it."

He kissed her, hugging her tight.

"We'll be ok. You'll be ok. Just give it time. And start seeking God again....That helps."

She laughed, Gabriel kissing her again.

"And don't worry about anyone out there. Ok? Let them be upset. They'll get over it, they just care for you a lot."

She nodded and he kissed her.

"Now c'mon...Hurry before Sophia cooks. I miss your food babe..Please?"

She laughed, she hadn't cooked since Sophia decided she wanted to practice. Angel rushed into the kitchen, Sophia laughing as Gabriel crossed himself as she walked in.

"Blanca left and Camila is still here....Thankyou Angel..For taking the kitchen back from me...I suck at cooking."

Angel laughed and in no time had Gabriel's favorite served on the table. They sat at the table, talking and and laughing. Joseph sat on his high chair, eyeing the food on Gabriel's plate. Gabriel would give him a few grains of rice, Joseph eating it quickly, he was already growing teeth. Angel looked around and smiled, things would get better. She may cry and feel pain, but things would get better.
