Sophie looked at her brother's face, his eyes filled with sorrow at the sight of her. She tried to pull her skirt down, to cover up the little top she had on. He turned and rummaged through the mess he had in his back seat, throwing a sweater on her.

"Cover up and put your seat belt on."

She listened, she knew better than to not listen to him. She didn't look at him as they drove, she couldn't believe her brother had found her. He had found her while she was 'working'. Her heart dropped as she saw her apartment in front of them.

"Go get your stuff. Either you go alone or I'm coming with you. Either way, hurry up."

She nodded and hurried into the apartment. She came back about 10 minutes later, in a fit of tears. She got in the car and put her bag on the floor, closing the door. She was crying and her body was trembling. Gabriel looked at her and put a hand on her cheek.

"Why are you crying?"

"Gabe....You saw me after 4 years in the corner of a street about to screw you in your car if you hadn't called me sis. I didn't even recognize your voice....You look different too....And now, my man just left me-"

"Forget about him, Sophia...He ain't no man if he lettin' you sell yourself. You're worth more than this. Than him. Now cheer up, I'm taking you home."

They arrived in front of his mother's apartment, Gabriel going into the trunk and finding some basket ball shorts.

"Throw these on, none of them need to know."

She pulled them over her mini skirt, she smiled.

"You always lookin out for me Gabby."

"That's what big brothers are for. Now come one. Time to say bye to mama."

She took his hand and they walked into the apartment. Her mother hugged her tight, Victor throwing a fit. Gabriel gave him one look and Victor was silent. Tony walked out of the shower, Ellie behind him.

"Damn Gabe, you and the slut. Who else showing up?"

Gabriel looked at Sophia.

"Get your stuff. When you're done say bye to ma."

She did as she was told.

"Now Tony...Sophia ain't a slut. You couldn't say any less about Ellie now can you?"

Ellie looked at Gabriel, tears in her eyes. Gabriel looked at Tony. He was always abused by his older brother, he had only wished for his big brother to love him.

Sohpia came out, saying bye to her mother. She walked out and got into Gabriel's car. Gabriel hugged his mother tight. He took his cell back, putting it in his pocket. He took one look at Ellie and stepped out. He got in the car and drove off.

"Where are you taking me?"

"Home."

"Your home?"

"Yea...My girl is there with...You'll see."

Gabriel couldn't say our son..He isn't mine...He never was....

He made it to his block after 1am, Gabriel leadin Sopia up the steps. When he opened the door, he put his finger to his mouth. He put Sophia's things in the closet, telling her to sit down in the living room. He walked into his bedroom, Angel was asleep. He kissed her forhead, smiling as she moved a bit. He walked back and had Sophie follow him into Joseph's room.

"That's her son, Joseph...Our son. Well he'll be mine after we get married."

"Where is his real dad?"

"I'll let Angel tell you. But for now, all I want you to think about is the sofabed. Go sleep and rest. We'll talk after Angel makes me waffles."

He hugged his sister tight, knowing she was feeling miserable. He kissed her forehead, saying goodnight. He tucked her in bed, Sohpia smiling.

"Like old times?"

He smiled and nodded. He walked into his bedroom, changing into his shorts. He laid down and pulled Angel to him. She woke up and smiled. She practically jumped on him, kissing him. He hugged her tight, telling her how much he loved her. She moved so that they were as close as it could get, she loved to feel his breathing against her neck. He kissed it and smiled.

"Be ready for tomorrow baby. We have a long day ahead of us."

"I know. But we'll make it together."
