Damn these heels are kill me. That what Candy Kissel was thinking as she made the short walk twards her new bus stop, but of cource, she'd never let it show, no matter how much pain she was in her perfect graceful walk would always remain flawless. Candy had just moved to the city from the suburbs but already found herself right at home. And, she thought with a small sly smile, something fun is about to begin. So she carefully tugged on her Zebra Print imported heels and continued her journey unphased, besides, beauty is pain right? Or is it, Pain is beauty? She stood there poundering on this subject, tapping her french tips on the sign pole beside her, with an adorably perplexed look apon her face. She let out a slight giggle at her silliness. Then stoped. She looked around, confused because she thought there'd be other students at this stop. Hmph! thats no fun she pouted, crossing her arms and leaning against to pole. "Do you have some strange tendency to talk to yourself or something?" Candy jumped in surprise and quickly turned around to face the source of the voice. There sitting on a bench, was a boy, a handsome boy, probly her age, sitting with his laptop and raising and eyebrow at her shocked expression. "Ah! sorry! i didnt even notice you were there"she said putting a hand on her chest in a cute way to express surprise. "Thats fine, i just wanted to make sure you werent some escapee mental case" he looked at my face "Im pretty sure you not". Pretty sure im not some institution drop out!!?! And the way he said it, so smug, looking me in the eye and everything!!! Candy was screaming on the inside, but her face showed no signs of distress. "Thanks? but dont worry, im perfectly sound" and then she put a finger to her mouth "Well, for the most part" she said with a cute wink. He just looked at her, unphased by her cuteness. That weird, Candy thought, most boys are at least a little effected. "Soo, you go to Dawnhille high?" candy said to the ignorant boy on the bench in front of her, whose arrogance was starting the get to her nerves. "You could say that" he said emotionlessy, turning his attention back to his computer as to say Your just not interesting. Candy was fuming, but she kept her cool, she always kept her cool. "Thats neat" she smiled, he ignored "Uh, im going into the 9th grade, i just transfered to the District" just node, barely a nod, was all he gave as a reply. For once Candy Kissel was dumb founded, she had never meant someone who had such a disregard to her adorable attitude, she didnt know whether to be happy or pissed! Breaking the terribly akward silence, the bus, as if reading her mind, made its ways to the stop and she quickly adjusted herself, and prepared to enter. The meany bench boy had put away his computer and was standing up, standing beside her. She glanced at him, and without warning her heart skipped a beat. He was perfect, tall and superslender, with dark edgy hair and dark, deep serious eyes. She turned her head away, he was to much, she thought his brillance might blind her if she looked to long. The bus screached to a stop in front of them. She waited for the mystery boy to get on, but it seems that he was waiting for her to enter first. Ladies First. She blushed, adjusted her cherry print messenger bag on her shoulder, pulled on her short skirt, and gracefully made her way on the bus. She smiled secretly to herself, all eyes were on her. Because she, Candy K, was different, mesmorizingly different, and thats just how she liked it. The bus was so crowded though, and as she walked searching for a seat she could feel the slant heat of bench boys breathe on her neck. She was loosing her cool, she needed to escape his web. Finally! a seat! she sat down beautifully, moving her legs to a princess slant and putting her hands on her lap. She let out a quiet sigh, but spoke too soon, so to speak. "Can i sit here", the skin on her neck pricked up as she looked up and saw her Prince Charming hovering over her. "Can i seat here, all the others are full" he repeated impatiently giving her another "unworthy" look. "Ah yea, sure" she barely got the words out as she hurried to move her bag. Cool down Candy, dont let this guy get to you. But it was too late. His shoulder brushed againsted hers, and his knee bumped her knee. "My, my names Candy Kissel, by the way" she said with a smile that broke a thousand hearts. He glanced at her, "Im Cole, Cole Dawnhille"
