Someone I know reasently passed away due to cancer. It was one of my teachers. My whole school was in tears, teachers and students alike. People were hugging and breaking down in the halls. Everyone new her. She was a boys basketball coach, my vollyball coach and a history teacher. She was nice, fun and all around, and amazing person. My condolences go out to her family who have suffered a great loss. I'm going to miss her so much. There is a memorial being built at my school, in her honor, and our gym is going to be named after her. I know that she will never be forgotten and will remain in all of her former students hearts forever. She has touched the lives of others. I just though I might feel better if I get it out of my system. I've wroten a few different stories and entries in my journals and on Myspace. It's helped a little. Thanks for reading.
P.S. This is true and really did happen at Pierce Middle School in Waterford Michigan. Dafanye Smith passed on the morning of December 4, 2007. Rest in peace, Ms. Smith.
