I laid sprawled out on the floor, using Corazon's stomach as a pillow. "Really?" He asked out of random. "Yep, really." I agreed. "So, what do you think these time travelers are really here for?" I asked. "I dunno. Beer, drugs, who knows. They could be frauds for I know." He said. "That Muffin chick has a really toxic personality. I swear that’s the only reason Jimmy acts that way." I sighed. He laughed. "I just hope they leave soon. Our friendships are going down the drain." I snapped my fingers and they sparked. I snapped them again and my hand lit on fire. "Out of all honesty, they aren't that bad really. Sure they like to party 24/7 but that doesn't mean they're bad people." He said and grabbed my hand and the flame went out and my hand turned cold.
There was a knock at the door and the it opened quickly. "Julia? You home?" A female voice called. I recognized it as Muffin. We got off the floor and Corazon put his arms around my shoulders. This made me happy. "Yeah, in here." I called back. I she peeked around the corner and her long red hair dangled, it wasn't in the normal buns. "Oh, sorry to break in on this. I can come back later if you want me too." She said a bit shocked. "It's fine." I smirked."What do you need?" I asked. I mean, she doesn't really like me, so why would she want to see me? "I was doing some research earlier and found out that, this is the past but in a different dimension and a different way of evolving in it." She explained as she walked towards Corazon and I. "So basically you made it in to the past, but our dimension's past." Corazon stated. "Yeah, I have no knowledge of it what so ever. I have no idea what gunna happen or why. If it's similar to ours, then we need to get back to our dimension before something bad happens." She explained. "W-whats gunna, happen?" I asked. She shrugged. "It could be the end of this dimension and mine as we know it. but, thats just a theory."
"How do you know this is a different dimension?" he asked. "Because, if I were to go back, I estimate, 400 years in my dimension, there wouldn't be vehicles, modern housing, and Britain wouldn't still be one whole piece." She said. "And my dimension has more then 100 languages, animals, and humans. Humans are the dominant species, there is no such thing as lycans, vampires, or magic. It's all science, no after life, no more religion, it's.. just math equations." She said. "I know where you're from." I looked in the doorway and Dakota was standing there. Muffin turned to see. "The, uhh..." She thought a moment. "The Dark Dimension. No one has heard anything from there for at least 800 years. Or so say the text books anyway." Dakota stood next to Muffin."Whatever they call our home dimension, we need to get back there before something does happen and I'm the one responsible for it."
Corazon sighed. "So you told me a lie." He stated. Muffin let out an airy laugh. "A theoretical lie. I was guessing." She smirked. "Lying about what?" I asked. "Ha ha, why Bellatrix and I are really here." She said. "Bellatrix? You mean Jimmy?" Dakota asked. "Her real name is Bellatrix. Mine is Spade. And the only reason we are here, was to prove that there is more than one universe then our own. And, we found that, it's a parallel one. And, believe it or not, I was a lycan when I came here, and Bellatrix, is a vampire." She said. "Was?" I asked. "I get quite stupid when I'm upset, and lose my common sense. I'm a dark witch and Bellatrix is a white witch." she said. "Huh? A witch? But I thought there was no magic and were-creatures in your dimension." I asked. "There are believers, just not even a handful. It's confusing I know. But it's the very truth." She said. "I would like you to prove this." I demanded.
Spade pulled out a playing card from her back pocket and held it in front of her. "Ignis." She demanded and the card lit up in a small blaze of fire. She threw it like a dagger and it exploded into burning ashes that went out and stuck back together in the playing card before they touched the ground and it returned to her hand. "No strings attached. No tricks." She ripped the card in half. "No mind illusions." She put the two card pieces together and they attached. "I don't know how else I can prove this to you."
"You say you were a lycan right?" I asked. "Yes." She nodded. "Corazon?" I asked. "Yeah, that’s the truth. I haven't seen her on a full-moon but she is, or was." he said. "Why aren't you now?" I questioned. "Like i said, I'm stupid, common sense wise... It's a long story really." She rubbed the back of her head. "Or, more of a stupid story rather. But I have the k-9 fangs to prove my well being. If you still don't believe me." I nodded. She opened her mouth and I got closer to examine it. There sure was two sharp k-9 fangs in her mouth. “Well, I’m going to go back to my dorm and see what I can fix before it’s broken. I really think you don’t want the end of the world.” She smirked and left.
“So, yeah, that wasn’t weird at all.” Corazon said. I looked at him. “You knew about them, and didn’t tell me?!” I shouted. “I promised I wouldn’t say anything.” He defended in a calm tone. “ I sighed. “Well, we have the truth now. What are we gunna do?” Dakota asked. There was a knock on the door. I ignored it. “I don’t know, I’m still a bit shocked.” I said in thought. There was more knocking, but harder and louder this time. “For one, we could go and see if she needs any help.” Corazon said. “C’mon Jakey. Like we will know what the hell she’s up to.” Dakota said like it was obvious. “Corazon, Julia! I know you’re in there! Open the damn door!” I hear a male voice yell. “As much as I hate coming to you, But open the fuck up!” He demanded. “I’ll get it, geez.” Dakota went for the door and I heard it open. “Hey Dakota, where’s Corazon.” I could smell him now, and it smelled like Keith. “What do you want?” I demanded as I went to the door. “I wanna know where the hell Jerremy is. That’s what I want.” He said. “You expect us to know where he is?” I asked a bit bluntly. “He hangs out with you guys more then me nowadays.” He said raising his brows. “He’s probably out with Jimmy and her friend. He hangs out with them, not us.” I said and closed the door. “Whatever, mut.” I hear him say and walk off.
“Ah! I’m not human! I SWEAR! I don’t taste good!” I could hear Spade scream and her quick footsteps run by the door. “I’m not gunna hurt you.” I heard Keith say. I looked at Corazon and he a clueless expression and he shrugged. “Y-you and your seductive voice and movements, a-and beauty. I will not let you bite me!” I heard her stammer. “Look I’m just a vampire; I’m not gunna do anything. I just wanted to know where-“ “Don’t touch me you leechie parasite. You smell like death.” She hissed. I opened the door and to see Spade standing a few feet away and backing away from Keith. He did look like he was about to eat her. “You sound like a stupid lycan.” He said. “Leave Muffin alone, Keith!” I yelled. “She hasn’t done anything wrong.” He looked at me and then back at Spade. “Muffin?” He asked. “Keith? You’re the guy that helped me carry home that book.” She said a bit shocked. I walked over to her. “So you’ve met.” I stated. “Y-yeah, but she was no bigger than my hand.” He said confused. “Huh?” I looked at Spade. “I told you I wasn’t really a cat.” She said looking away. “A-a cat? What?” I questioned. “When I said I’m stupid common sense wise, I meant it. I wanted to be a hamburger and ended up a little tiny kitten. Then Bellatrix managed to change me back to normal, but I turned out human instead of lycanthrope.” She explained. “Back to normal… to your original state? That means, you weren’t born lycanthrope?” Keith said. ”Nope. Human as can be.” She made a funny face. “then why are you scared of me?” He asked. “Cuz, I don’t wanna be a vampire. Its hurts, both ways. And if I were to become anything it would be lycan, and I’m more focused on getting home than anything, I don’t want an Armageddon.” She said. “Armageddon? What?” Keith asked. “Long story.” I said and grabbed Spade’s wrist and began to pull her. “Well, Keith is no one to hang out with. He prejudice against lycans.” Spade just laughed and began to walk with me.
I walked her to her dorm, and I could sense that Keith followed someway we couldn’t see him. “Don’t let Keith bug ya. He’s a douche beyond doubt.” I said. “I’ll keep that in mind.” She smirked and went inside. “Keith, leave her alone.” I called. “I’m here to bug you.” He suddenly appeared in front of me. “Now where’s Jerremy?” He asked, a bit kinder. “I smelt him in there. Go look yourself. I’m not a big fan of Jerremy. Or you at that fact.” I said and started to walk down the sidewalk back to my dorm.
