I examined the big t-shirt i took from Jerremy's floor, and took a deep breath and opened the door to our dorm. I walked in a ways and saw Spade on the couch throwing playing cards at the wall and making them stick. "Where are your clothes?" She looked at me curiously. "At... Jerremy's?" I anwered. "Why are they there?" She asked as she threw a card at the wall without looking. "Um because I left them there?" I answered again. "Why'd you leave them there?" She threw another card. "Something happened." I answered again. "Explain." She narrowed her eyes at me. "You want the truth..?" I said. "Yes." She sort of showed her teeth. I sat down next to her staring at the floor. "Flash back!" I began.
"Well, it all started when we left the lake." I stated. "Go on." She said. "And then, just to put it simply, I slept with him." I said. "Okay." She said it too casually. I looked up at the wall. There, spelled out in cards on the wall, said Jeremy Must Die. "You spelt Jerremy wrong." I said. "His name doesn't deserve to be spelt right." She she threw another card at the wall that finished off the "e" on die. "Why must he die?" I asked. "You just told me." She laughed evilly.
We sat in silence as she threw more cards at the wall to make "must" more bolded. "I thought you were over this card throwing phase?" I asked. "I'm hungry. I wonder what it feels like to be a hamburger." she said thoughfully as she stared at the ceiling. "I could turn you into one!" I said as I stood up. "Really?" She asked. "Yeah, I mean if I can turn objects into living things, I'm absolutly maybe can do it." I said. "I trust you." She smiled and stood up. I ran into my room and threw on some decent clothes. I turned my room upside down looking for my spell book. I found it under my pillow. Yeah, I felt smart there. I took off into the kitchen and saw Spade laying on the floor staring at the ceiling. "Took forever." She said as she looked at me. "Sorry." I said as I flipped through the book and found a transformation spell. "Wait." Spade said. "Will this have any negitive effects since I'm a dark sorcorist?" She asked. I though a moment. "Nah." I said and started to say the spell. "Think of the item or object you want to become." I said as I finished up the spell. "Okay." She closed her eyes and made a funny face. A flash of light filled the room and I looked down at a yellow fur ball that was on the floor. A kitten. "Am I a hamburger yet?!" It was Spade. She was a little tiny kitten that was a little smaller then a 32oz cup of soda. "Not exactly." I said I kneeled down to her. She looked at her paws. "AH! WHAT IS THIS?!" She squeeled and ran down the hall. I followed her.
She was pushing on the closed bathroom door. "You can ask for my help ya know?" I said. "Open the door and set me on the counter so I can see myself." She demanded. "What's the magic word?" I asked. "Now." She glared at me with her big eyes. "No." I said. "Huuh. Please?" She growled. "Like you mean it." I demanded. "Will you please open the door and set me on the counter?" She asked in a sweet tone. "Yes." I smiled as I picked her up and opened the door. "You may not like what you see." I warned. I set her on the counter and she looked in the mirror. "Ooo! A cat!" She ran at the mirror and smacked into it. "Ahh! I'm the cat!" She yelled. "A kitten!" She whined. "What were you thinking when I cast the spell?" I asked. "I was focusing really hard on the hamburger, then a cat popped into mind." she said. "You have to fix me!" She meowed as she leaped off the counter. "Let me see what I can do." I said.
She raced into the kitchen and slid across the floor. "Ah! Scary guy!" She screeched and ran behind me. "Oh, it's just Jerremy." She said snobby as she peeked around me. He had a confused expression. "I have brought you back your clothes...?" He said and handed me a bag. "Thanks?" I said as I took it. "I'm going to kill you!" Spade jumped out and attacked his leg. "Whats up with the cat?" He asked as he easily pulled her off his leg and looked at her. She tried multiple times to scratch him. "I will chop your head off and slice it into many pieces." She hissed. "Heh heh. Funny story." I said as I took Spade from him. "Is that Muffin?" He asked. "Hah hah. Yeah." I flicked her across the room. "Meow!" She shrieked as she flew through the air. "Not cool! You should be yelling at him! He didn't knock and-" I cut in. "Maybe if you weren't so mean." I said. She growled and leaped up on to the couch and stared at the wall where she was throwing cards.
"Why don't we have a seat?" I asked and lead him to the couch and sat down next to Spade. "I will not be in the same room with him." she stuck her nose up in the air and leaped off the couch but I caught her by the tail and pulled back on. Jerremy sat on the opposite side of her and he looked up at the wall. "My name has to "r"s." He said casually. "I know that!" Spade hissed with her fur on the back of her neck sticking up. "Why do you hate me so much?" He asked Spade. "You just slept with my best friend." Her voice seemed a little higher. "You obviously don't know how much fun sex is." He argued. Spade though a moment. "Y-y-your right. I don't." She stammered. "I-I'm still the night!" She was lying I could tell. She quickly jumped off the couch and took off. "Spa- Muffin! Get back here!" I called. "You are totally not telling the truth!" I ran after her.
I burst through her door that was craked open. "Spade!" I yelled. "Where are you?!" I called. "I'll only come out if you change me back!" She hissed. "You're lying about being a virgin." I called. "N-n... no!" I heard her meow. "Liar!" I saw her dart across the floor to under her bed. "Found you!" I got on my knees and looked under the bed. There she was in the far back. The bed suddenly lifted off the ground. I looked up to see Jerremy holding up the bed. "Grab her." He said. I dove and caught her by the paw and held her up. "Gotch ya." I said with revenge. "Let me go! " She meowed even more. "Don't think so." She swung her other paw around and caught my hand and soon had her whole body around it. I could feel her claws digging into my skin, but it didn't hurt. I shook her around to get her to loosen up... or the fact that I could now since she was smaller then me. "Eeee." Her body fell limp and dangled there as she looked at me with a dizzy expression. I tossed her to the couch and she rolled to the floor and laid there on her back. "I feel sick." She had her paws in the air.
Jerremy walked to her and picked her up by the scruff of her neck. "Spade? Is it." He asked. "Neeeaahh... " Spade made no attempt to scratch him or anything. "Seem like you have had your fair share of relationships. Why don't you leave Bellatrix and I alone?" he asked. "You don't understand." She said as she rubbed her stomach with her paw. "It seems that way. Enlighten me." He said as he set her on the couch. She just fell to her side. He set her up on all fours and she shook her her head to gain balance. "I'm waiting." He growled. "Bellie is the only one closest to family I have left. And if anything were to happen to her I would never forgive myself or the one who did it to her." She was focused on him. I meant that much to her? But she knows that nothing can really happen to me. "You feel protective over her then." He stated. "If you look at it in a way, yes." She agreed. "You finially agreed on something." I cheered. "And plus you won't be around when we go back, so that will hurt her!" Spade let out loud hiss. "Spade!" I yelled. "I'm a big girl. I'm sure I can handle myself." I assured her as I sat on the couch once again, next to her. "Remember what happened last time when I left for three days?" She asked. "It wasn't my fault he was socceror! I didn't know." I flicked her head and she slid into the side of the couch, but didn't really move. "I still fixed what happened to the court house and had to figure out how to turn everyone back to human." She said with a 'meow' at the end of her statement. I sighed.
"Could you please open the door so I can go outside?" She asked as she leaped off the couch and walked to the door. I followed her and opened the door. She quickly slipped out and disappeared.
