Two Days Later.
“Ms. Johnson, were going to have to take another blood test okay?”
She nodded silently. She stuck her arm out and the nurse stuck the needle in her arm.
Dr. McLain looked down at her. “Okay so sense you a special case we will have some results for you in about a day or so okay? Have you had any attacks lately?”
She shook her head no.
“Okay, well just be careful and you need to start going to see Dr. Cromer for you treatment.”
She sighed and nodded. As she left the doctors office, silent tears came running down her face. I don’t want to leave him, but I hate those stupid radiation treatments.
She turned up the music and sang all the way home.
Two more days later.
Chyrstal and Gabriel were having dinner at her house and watching “Pretty Woman”, when her cell phone started ringing.
“Hello?”
“Hi, Chyrstal Johnson? This is Dr. McLain’s office and we have some news for you.”
“Okay.”
“Well, your pregnant!”
