          Officer Daniel looked at her and said “Are you sure you’re ready for this.”  

She looked up at him like he was stupid. “No, but let’s do this anyway.”

He picked up the phone and dialed the number. “Okay, she’s here I’m sending her in now.”

He set down the phone and nodded to her.

She slowly turned and started walking up to the door. She knocked and Anthony answered.

       It had been such a long time sense she’d seen him. His features were over whelming. His sugar brown skin, deep green-hazel eyes so concentrated now, his high cheek bones, and smile that came to his face when he saw her in font of him, as if it were a dream come true.

“Hey, you came.” He said.  His voice. So much warmer in person.

“Like I had a choice.” She said bitterly walking through the door.

“Oh well yea,” he said closing the door. “I see your point. But I’m still glad you’re here. You look absolutely beautiful.”

“No Anthony. You don’t get to compliment me. You have my cousin and his girlfriend as hostages! You have no right to compliment me!” she was raising her voice slightly, not exactly yelling.

“I’m sorry, I jus needed to talk to you. Jus you and me one on one. I know I don’t disserve it, but I need it. This will most likely be the last time I see you.”

She looked over at him, her eyes burning with fury. His eyes were filled with sadness and longing. Her face softened. “Okay Anthony, I guess it’s time you know the truth anyway. But one condition. Let Bobby and CeeCee go, then we talk for as long as you want.”

He agreed immediately. “Of course, of course.”

      He walked to the kitchen where bobby and CeeCee were at and untapped there hands. They looked up at Chyrstal concerned. “Go ahead you guys, ill be fine.”

     They nodded and walked out the door. 

“Okay Anthony, what do you want to talk about?”

“Well, first of all, I want to say I’m so sorry. I know it doesn’t do anything, but I am sorry for…killing your mom.”

She nodded silently.

“Also, I want to know, why you broke up with me. I don’t get it. You dated Josh and he was a total pot head.”

She sighed. “Yea I thought you’d think of that eventually.” She moved to sit in the chair. He sat with her.“Look Anthony, truthfully…I thought it was cute you were a gang banger. I really liked it.” she stopped and looked up at him with tears in her eyes.

“But..?” he looked up anxiously awaiting her answer.

She sighed heavily and a tear fell. “But, I-
