Walking Disaster; 5

"Fourteen!" She sang laughing, her brown eyes sparkled.

"Soon to be thirteen!" I hummed watching as Bruce Bocci sat down at his table of fellow over sized apes called Jocks he shook his golden brown curls with a laugh.

Kelly kicked my purple and yellow starred flat, "Dude, id tap that." She said pulling her black hair away from her sun kissed neck. She was envious because I look anemic and bloodless where as she had color. Hah, Kelly is a trip.

"With my car." I said punching her arm, she reacted by hitting my knee with her empty water bottle. Tensing at once I gripped the black lace hem of my tanktop.

"Oh, sorry." She eyes wavered over my clenched fists, "Really I didn’t..." I glance up at her letting my muscles relax. Then Kelly said one of the most randomest thing any person could muster at the wrong time, "Did you know you have slivers of silver in your eyeballs?" And you know what? I didnt know at all.

The rest of the day flew by, which normally I sat in the classrooms, done before anyone else and stared begging the clock to twist and ring. Walking home I pet a large slobbering dog. Its chocolatey eye smiled warmly up at me as it rough pink lounge ran over the palm of my hand.

At home the Head Witch stared up at me through red rimmed eyes when I passed the bathroom, a bottle of wine rested on the tile floor beside her. Her boney arms gripped the white porcelain bowl her head resting on the edge. The hallway and room reeked of puke and red Chardonnay.

I yanked open my window letting more of the fresh air sink and settle around me as I lay on my floor receiving and headache from trig homework. Kelly since she was from Asain descent, could do math like I could write. I was covetous over the fact that she breezed through this shit as I struggled over every symbol. I tossed the red notebook and the sheet of indecipherable "math" across the room. I’d just have her do it tomorrow in the morning. Its not like I have to understand that shit to write a book.

Fourteen...I thought silently as I clicked onto Testriffic the best site ever made, I checked my ratings and read other peoples stories before signing off. My bruises had subsided they no longer throbbed angrily at a smiple graze of my fingers. It was a low almost indistinguishable ache. They had turned that ugly yellow green color. It reminded me of mucus. Yuck.

I spun around in my computer chair sinking into the pleather of the chair as I stared up at the cracks in my ceiling. My stomach lurched as I spun faster, I couldn’t help but think if I get beat before I leave if I should react and beat the carp out of my attacker. Being a chub and not a stick like Stephoe, I could take her down with a few blows easy. My stomach reeled again and I spun out of the chair and stumbled into the bathroom. I spit up a few bouts of my lunch. The acid bruning my throat and the cold tile cutting into my knees. It reminded me of the incident at the mall.

Pulling myself up I looked into the mirror wiping away the barf at the corners of my mouth.I brushed away my orange and black hair form the pale frecked face I owned and examined my eyes. They gave off a haunting look, I loved that. Peering closer my thighs touching the porcelain edge of the sink, Kelly was right. I did have slivers of silver in my dark slatey blue eyes.

Weird.
