"Um hey babe"
"Oh hey. Whats up?"
"Well I have some baaaad news...."
"Ok? Tell me."
"Kevin,...I'm pregnant.."
"What?You're...pregnant?"
"Yeah..."
"Who's the dad?"
"Who in the hell do you think?"
"Me?......"
"Yes Kevin."
"I'm...in shock. That's all I can say. But trust me, no matter what, i'm gunna be there for you every step of the way. You know I will."
Mandy smiled at that comment. And she did know that he would be. That was the guy she had fallen in love with and she knew everything about him. Every lie and every truth he told her.
"Thank you baby. I love you."
"I love you too."
"Well, I 've gotta get going. I'm gunna get in the shower."
"Okay. Bye. I love you."
"I love you too."
Click. That was the conversation. Mandy got up and opened her bedroom door. She walked into the bathroom and undressed to take a shower. When she pulled aside the curtain she had seen tht none of her stuff had been there. All of her shampoos, body soaps, and razors were all gone. She grabbed a towel and wrapped it around herself. She walked into the kitchen where she had seen her mom crying.
"Mom, where's all of my stuff?"
She looked up at her with a face more red than her had been.
"You're leaving tomorrow. Find a place to live since you are at the maturity level of an adult. So we are treating you like one. You're out at 6 am."
"You know what?! Fine! I'll just live with Kevin! The real father of my child! See ya!"

| this reminds me of my parents.....they sure do keep to their guns....sorry but i agree with mandy'a parents...this is her consequence she went behind their back, got pregnant...if she wants to do ADULT things she must learn to be an ADULT...my parents have told me that if i ever get pregnant, they will get me an apartment and kick me out of my house to support myself and my child....and i respect that |
