“I love you and you’re going to stay!” Jake snarled as he slammed her up against the counter. “You’re not going to leave!” Jake yelled as he gripped her neck and began to choke her. “Why don’t you ever leave her alone bro?” Jake’s brother Ryan said coming over and yanking Jake’s hand off her neck. “Bud out this is none of your business!” Jake yelled as he shoved his brother. “Christy get behind me now!” Ryan yelled as she slowly backed behind him. “She doesn’t have to if she doesn’t want to!” Jake snarled his calm green eyes flashing with anger. “Well maybe I want to!” Christy snapped her pale face growing red with anger.“What!?” Jake yelled in disbelieve as he ran his rough, dirty hands through his thick black hair. “Yeah! You heard me!” Christy screamed as she saw fear and puzzlement form on Jake’s face. “Jake I’m leaving you!” Christy said as a pleased grin spreaded across Ryan’s face. “Now if you excuse me I will be leaving you!” Christy said as her auburn hair swayed in the breeze of the crisp outside air. I feel so free! Christy smelled the crisp, early morning air around her feeling like a burden had been lifted. “Why did I never appreciate Ryan?” Christy wondered out loud as she kept going straight not looking back or regretting her decision to leave.
