" cassie! gabe is here" my mother called from down stairs. I hurriedly put my earings on and grabed my jacket and headed downstairs to greet gabe. gabe and i have been going out for about 3 months and i am completely in love with him.

" heyy " i came down the steps in a hurry into his arms for an imbrassing hug. "heyy" he responded in an equally excited tone. " you ready? or do you need a couple more minutes, but i think you look amazing all this or nothing" he whispered into my ear. just then my parents came around the corner wearing huge smiles on there faces armed with 2 cameras.

" ok now gabe cassie  couple more pictures please come on" my mother giggled as gabe and i posed for her.

"mom come on were gunna be later than we are already" i whimpered as gabe kissed me on the cheek and my mother snapped her last picture.

" ok , ok but i want you home tonite cassie" she demanded

" but mom its prom weekend and were supposed-.

" oh let her go stay out as long as you call in every 4 hours to let us know your alive, and gabe take care of my little girl will ya" yes yes yes dad to the rescue

"i will sir i certaintly will" gabe smiled in my direction

"thank you daddy ill be back tomorrow" i gave my dad a kiss on the cheek and hugged my mother goodbye and we where off.

gabe and i were on our way to his senior prom. im cassie henly and im a sophmore at rubmand high school. this year was supposed to be amazing at wich it has been. the summers here but gabe is gunna be at college next year and im gunna be a junior. i dont think im ready for this year to end.

the limo was loaded with seniors that i myself didnt know but gabe seemed to know them all. high fiving and hugs every two seconds. the limo was fairly big and everyone was constantly changing seats, but not me i was still seated next to the door on the right side. gabe was at the other end of the limo talking to a group of people lauging and saying things i wasnt included in. i started to get upset and uncomfortable. maybe tonite wasnt a good idea afterall. i was staring out the tinted window when i felt a tap on my shoulder. i turned to look it was zack. last year when my brother was a senior him and zack were best friends and he was always around but went aaron my brother went off to college i never even saw zack around school.

" heyyy squirt! where the helll did you come from?"

" omg zack its been soo long where have you been ive missed you!" i huged him tightly

"around, now what in gods name are you doing here all pretty and dressed up, whos the lucky devil?" zack asked

"im here with my boyfriend! gabe trent, do you know him?!" i asked cheerily

" gabe trent? your the sophmore dating gabe trent?" i didnt like his tone or the look on his face

as though it were a cue gabe settled in on the seat next to me and put his arm around me i looked up at him to say hi but he wasnt looking at me his gaze was on zack and i looked from zack to gabe. i didnt like this at all there expressions were frightening but the silence was worse. i felt gabes grip tighten around my shoulder. i shifted a little under hs weight and that seemed to break there gazes.

" well it was great to see you agian squirt and you look beautiful ill see ya around" zack smiled and noded as he got up to change seats

" what the hell was- " i turned towards gabe he was staring at me with the most frightening look ive ever seen..
