As I got to my apartment I could hear Blaze coming up after me, Instead of waiting for him to be there and say goodbye I couldn’t deal I just walked inside past Kalley, who was asking for food and went straight to my room and collapsed. How could I kiss Blaze….? I lied there in thought for about an hour and screamed into my pillow a couple times but I decided Kalley needed to be feed sometime since mom was working again,

“What do you want for dinner?” I asked looking inside the fridge

“Whatever I don’t care, grilled cheese again but I want to know what happen between you and Ryan!” She told forcing the fridge door closed, Even though she was like half my age she seemed to manage very well in the strength department.

“Nothing happen” I shivered (when I lie I normally shiver so my mom always knows)

“Well if nothing happen why didn’t you wait for him to come upstairs and then say goodbye?” She nagged

“Nothing, fucking hell he doesn’t even like you and never will so get it through your fat head!” I yelled through the bread on the counter and walking to my room and slamming the door.

 

I knew Kalley was probably crying or something I don’t care I want to cry but I can’t since I have to always be her mom. She’s seven, when I was seven I had to take care of myself so she can too. I lied down for as long as I could I was having a fight with myself in my mind about this whole day, well not the whole day the bit with nick was fun “HOLY SHIT!” I yelled aloud and then started whispering to myself I think I have a crush on Nick, Jamie would love it if I dated him. I can’t think about Nick I would rather talk about the Blaze thing then the Nick thing, my crush is my secret no one else can know! I walked out my room and Kalley was sitting on the couch eating two sandwiches while watching The Simpson’s.

 

“What’s wrong?” she asked not looking up from the TV

“What do you mean” I asked while making a sandwich

“You yelled Holy and the S word, so what’s wrong?” She asked looking up

“Nothing I just realized I have tones of homework, I better go do that so Umm remember to brush your teeth” I said walking back into my room locking it behind me

 

I pulled out my Physics book and started working on the problems, I thought it was really hard because Nicks be teaching me for two days and we haven’t done anything to do with Physics. I’ll work on it more later even though my test was on Friday and tomorrow is going to be Wednesday, I can learn in two days I think? So I reached into my bag again and brought out my red poem diary on the cover of my diary was a faded gold picture of a dying rose, it was a gift from Blaze’s mom before she died so I love it. If only I knew how I felt about Blaze? I thought I might as well write Nick a poem since either way he was going to get one if I passed the test or not he seem to be able to charm his way into or out of anything. All my thought’s aimed to him not thinking for himself and doing what his friends do, even though he was really brilliant. After five minutes of thinking I wrote it down, I didn’t go over it I didn’t really want it to be perfect or he might tell people I wrote it and I don’t want that much attention at school(You will get to read the poem don’t worry just not yet)

 

 

 

In the morning I decided I would take the bus instead of riding with Blaze, but since I was taking the bus I have to miss first class =P. I still got dressed today I was wearing fishnets again with knee length pinstripe pants and a white cotton tank top with a pin stripe tie with a broken heart at the bottom and my pink plaid converses. I got Kalley quickly ready and sent her over to Blaze’s so he could drop her off.

I knocked on Ryan’s door it took ages for him to answer, maybe he was asleep?

“Hey Ryan care you still taking me too school?” I asked looking up at how tall he was

“Where’s your sister?” Ryan asked “Is she sick?”

“Wait did you cut your hair?” I notice he cut it so it wasn’t medium length anymore it was a little bit above his ears but still with the fridge so he looked hot still

“Yeah I did, where’s your sister?” He asked again

“Hailey said she was sick or that she was going to go the library I forget but she said make sure no one goes to see her!” I explained pulling him outside his door so we could leave.

“Umm okay lets go then” Ryan said as we walked to his car.

Okay since I had an extra hour I straighten my hair but with one of those lump things at the front (I forget there name). I got my book bag and looked at myself in the mirror and put another think layer of black eyeliner on so I was now ready for school. As I was locking the front door Blaze came up the hallway, It was one of a those really awkward moment where you want to say something but can’t so you just nod at each other. I was about to walk down the stairs when Blaze mentions something.

“What did you say Blaze?” I asked trying to act like nothing happen yesterday

“You look nice and that we should talk sometime” He looked at his feet

“Well I think I missed the bus so if you want we can talk on my way to school I’m gonna walk” I showed a inviting smile

“How about I drive you to school” Blaze asked

I smiled and nodded “I missed you” I said quietly

“Why?” He asked giving me a side hug

“I had no one to say goodbye to last night” I lent in so he could hug me more

“I missed you too, if you were wondering” He smiled and kissed the top of my head
