Chapter 7 - Get ready, set, GO GO GO!!!

"What?! but why?" Legna tried to stay calm. Brad didn't speak anymore, he was unconsciousness.

"Through the darkness and the light I shall cure you with my might, ALCURE" Said Legna while pointing his staff towards Brad.
As usual, the staff has spread its wings, the material inside the crystal ball was spinning and glowing.

Brad opened his eyes and tried to understand where he was. Eventually Brad sat on the white stairs that were near them.

"If it got here it means that it gets stronger, we have to stop it, and the only way is the Tempting Wish spell.

"B...But I don't want to sacrifice anything!" Legna wasn't happy at all and didn't like that idea. "Isn't there another way to stop it? what does it want anyway?"

"If its not the angel of death then it wants your wings, else he wants something else... i just don't know what" Brad seemed to be a bit worried.

"Well, If its him couldn't it be that he still has the book? and then... it... o my... It means that...", "He could cast the Tempting Wish again" Brad finished Legna's sentence, "Yes, but the point is, the spell is castable only once"

"Oh... then its a ok i suppose..." Legna stretched as if he just woke up.

"Don't be silly, he could find different ways to cast it, maybe his servants? maybe he wants the angels to be his slaves. Seriously, I don't know" Brad was trying to sit normally on the stairs"

"That's odd, you didn't say sir and you called me silly" Legna was surprised and looked at Brad. "Why didn't he say sir, why did he tell me that im silly, something weird is going on here..." Legna kept thinking and arguing with himself; "Or maybe.. no.. it can't be" Legna seemed to be very scared and he moved backwards looking suspiciously at Brad.

"mmmhhhmm" It was brad's voice saying these weird stuff, Brad turned his head and looked with his red eyes deep into Legna's pure blue eyes with a need to kill.

"ccommeee hereee boyyy, I willl takeee careeee ooofff yoouu" Brad's voice was so deep now, it wasn't his voice anymore, something else was saying these things.

Legna heared some kind of birds, it was as if a thousand of birds were flying towards him.

A golden arrow flew towards Brad and pierced him, one second later brad disappeared. It was Mark who shot Brad.

Mark teleported himself down to Legna and tears were going down his cheecks, Mark was crying.

"I..." Mark tried to stop the tears but he just couldn't, "I.. didn't want to kill him, but I had to... I... I'm a terrible angel I know I'm.." He was using his white-golden overall to cover his eyes, "Once i saw that my overall changed into golden i knew that something happened with Brad, he swore to give me his level if something ever happens", Mark fell on the floor and kept talking, "He was my best friend, but it took over him, I knew that it was dangerous". "You know, Heaven isn't a safe place anymore, the darkness has too much power if it could take over Brad while he was casting Light Shield spell"

"...How did you know that he was casting it?" Legna asked Mark, "You were watching us? you... didn't help?..." he kept questioning Mark till it finally hit him; "Oh no, not you too" Mark's eyes turned into red and he was glaring at Legna.

Show me the truth, comeon say it! before its gonna be too late

A voice was speaking inside legna's mind, " SHOW ME THE TRUTH " Legna screamed and closed his eyes.

"THANK GOD SIR" Brad managed to somehow hug Legna and tears were going down his cheecks.
"I thought that you were gone, sir, luckily you heared me, if you'd stay there another second it would've taken over you, I.. I'm so sorry, I wasn't careful enough" Cried Brad and as usual something around Legna pushed him back .

"Y...You are real right?" Legna was suspiciously looking at Brad with a terrified look.

"Yes, I am, sir, after you have stretched some of the darkness actually touched you" Brad was so nervous, "It has the ability to drag you into the darkness illusion land, which is real, so if you'd die there, you would die here too"

"We really have to get that Sacred Holy Book don't we?" Legna was upset about it.

"Yes... there's no other option, are you ready?" Asked Brad

"Ready for what?" Legna didn't want to think about it

"Finding the Sacred Holy Book" Brad sighed, "Close your eyes and use the looking spell"

Legna took out the paper and found The Looking Spell.

"Spirits of the world, animals and trees, Tell me what you've seen, and help me on my quest to find The Sacred Holy Book" Legna finished the last word and purple flames flew out of the staff's crystal ball, it was as if these flames were writing something

it wrote vertically.

"IZALDON?!" Screamed Legna, "But that's where I live"

"Then we will go there sir" Said Brad, "Your staff will now guide you till you find it"

"Can i ask a question?" Legna was looking at Brad.

"Sure" Replied Brad

"You said that only I can find it, how's that?" Legna was wondering.

"Because the looking spell is only usefull if you want to find something that you had already, and the Legna that existed before you were born, had it in possession for a limited amount of time, that is why, you, the new Legna, is able to find it" Brad answered proudly

"Oh i see, well lets go to Izaldon, I also have to warn my dad" Said Legna and was ready for teleportation.

"Alright, sir" They both teleported into Legna's house and they couldn't recognize it, it was dark and his items and everything were destroyed.

"DAD?!" Yelled Legna running downstairs.
"DAD!!!!!!!!!!! WHERE ARE YOU" he kept yelling.

"I'm here son" Legna heared his dad's voice and ran to his dad's bedroom.

"THANK GOD" He saw his dad under the bed.

"Something was here son..." His dad was scared

"Is there a way to keep him out of this?" Legna asked Brad

"Well, just put him in yourself, he will be a part" Said brad as if it was obvious

"I can do that? how?" asked Legna

"Just take his hand while ur an angel and say Twinside " Brad replied

Legna took his dad's hand and said Twinside, a second later his dad disappeared and he could only hear him in his head.

Legna's staff started shining and pointing into a direction.

"Okay lets go there sir" said Brad and went infront of Legna into the wall, then broke it, and kept walking straight ahead.

The same black smoke that was filling Heaven started filling Legna's house

"GO GO GO!!!" Screamed Brad, and Brad started running using a speed boost, and Legna which didn't know how to do it just used his wings and flew right after Brad.

Darkness was chasing them all over the city, and they kept running right after the purple flame that was leading them both, to the Sacred Holy Book.
