Steph walked into the living room wearing her Pooh Bear and Tigger pajama bottoms with a white tanktop. This guy was standing beside Emily with his back turned. "Hey", says Steph as she stands behind them. They turned around and it was...AJ. "AJ", asks Steph? She was so embarrassed at what she was wearing. "Hey Stephanie". "How did you find out where I lived". "A girl down at the beach told me, I just came to ask you something". "What is it"? "I wanted to know...if you would like to go out"? There was a dead silence in the room. "He asked you something", says Emily waving her hand to get Steph's attention. "Emily, go to your room", snaps Steph. Emily kicks the couch. "I always have to go to my room", says Emily as she walks down the hall. "So", says AJ. "I would love to go out with you". "Thanks, can I get a hug", he asks holding his arms out. Steph walks between his arms and wraps her arms around him. "I'll see you later AJ". "Alright, well bye". "Bye".

Steph walked back into her room with a huge smile on her face. A boy that she just met the day before just asked her out. She couldn't believe it.

She looked through her closet for something to wear to the beach. She didn't feel like surfing or going for a swim today. She found some shorts and her bathing suit. She put the bathing suit on and the shorts over the bottoms. After she got dressed, she pulled her up into a high ponytail and slip her feet into her flip-flops.

She walked into the living room to find her mother folding clothes. "Mom, I'm going to the beach", Steph says as she grabs a towel from the pile of clean towels. "Okay, but I'm gonna need you to come home early". "Why"? "Because I'm gonna to work early". "Alright mama, I'll see you later". "Alright, be safe". Steph opened the door and walked out of the house, closing the door behind her.

As she walked to the beach, AJ constantly appeared in her mind. AJ was so mesmerizing and cute.

When she approached the beach, she saw AJ sitting on the sand looking out at the water. Steph smiled wide and walked out to AJ. "Hey AJ", she said as she spreaded out her towel. "Hey Steph, what's up". "Oh nothing, what are doing"?. Steph sat down beside AJ closely to see what he was doing. "Drawing the ocean, but it's not so good", he says handing the drawing pad to her. Steph takes the drawing pad in her hand and examines the picture. "This is good", she says as she begins to turn the page. She freezes on this one picture. It's a drawing of a girl watching the sunset. Steph looks at AJ who was looking at her. "Is this me", she asks? "Yeah, I drew it yesterday before I came down here to introduce myself". "I didn't know you were even here". "Yeah, I sat up there", says AJ as he points behind them. "I really like this". "Well if you want it, you can have it". "No, you keep it", she says as she closes the pad and gives it back to him. "Okay". "So, you didn't say when were gonna go out". "When do you want to". "Tomorrow night". "Okay...so do have a passion for anything". "Music". "Oh really". "Yeah, I have a guitar and a piano". "I saw the piano when I walked inside of your home". "I have three notebooks full of lyrics". "I have a drawer full of drawing pads". "You know, art and music go together". "It does, huh. I guess that kinda means something". "What"? "We were meant for eachother".
