Lexie continued to wait. She started to become very impatient, so she got up and went to go find him.

She walked to the lobby and she spotted Quentin and Emoni holding hands and still talking. Lexie became mad and walked over to him.

"Who in the hell is this", she asks?

By the time Lexie made it home, she had eventually stopped crying. Her parents were gone to visit her grandparents. "Why should I even fall in love if I'm always going to get hurt", she asks herself? She walked into her room and looked through her closet for something to wear. She pulled out her her blue jeans with holes in the knee area, her black and white Vans, and a black t-shirt with a long sleeve white shirt under it.

When she got out of the shower, she looked at her cellphone to see what time it was. She had one missed call and a voicemail message. It was from Quentin.

VOICEMAIL-- I know you maybe mad at me right now and don't wanna answer your phone. I kinda deserve that, I guess. Just listen to me Lexie...I love you with all of my heart. Emoni is just a old friend and thats it. We dated in the past, but that was in the past. I'm gonna be at the party and I wanna talk to you there if your going. I need you and you need me. We were ment for eachother, just don't do me like this. Not now Lexie.

Lexie was angry but was still having feelings for Quentin. She was gonna go to the party and make it seem like she was mad at him. Then she was gonna forgive him.

When she got dressed, she heard the doorbell ring. She walked to the front door and opened it. Amanda was standing there wearing a black shirt, red tubetop, and red high heels. "Hey girl, you look good", says Lexie. "I know, are you ready to go", jokes Amanda. "Yeah, just let me get my phone", says Lexie as she walks towards her room. Amanda walks inside of the house and closes the door. She sits down the couch. "Okay, I'm ready", says Lexie as she walks back into the living room.

Amanda played Soulja Boy's CD as they ride to Noami's party. "I broke up with Quentin today", says Lexie. Amanda slams on brakes. "What"? "Amanda, don't slam on breaks like that. You scared me". She starts back driving. "Sorry, but why". "I saw him holding another girl's hand". "And"? "And I got upset, so I left". "That's real stupid, I hope you know that". "How"? "You didn't see them kissing or anything like that". "I know". "So you broke up with him for no reason basically". "But How do you explain him not telling me who she was"? "I don't know". "Exactly".

They pulled up to the party and a lot of people were outside and the front door was open to the house. Poeple were packed in there too. "It surly is a lot of people", says Amanda looking for some where to park. "Yeah it is".

After they got out of the car, they walked to the house. Amanda walked in first and then Lexie. Lexie looks over to her left and sees Quentin coming her way.

She stood there and waited for him to get to her. "Hey Le...". "Wait", interrupts Lexie, "I was acting really stupid today at the movies and I'm really sorry. I love you too. I just don't wanna be hurt again Quentin". "Lexie, don't you know I'd never hurt you". "I guess", says Lexie as she looks down. Quentin puts his hands on either side of her face and pushes it up facing him. "I won't ever hurt you Lexie, I wanna be with you forever". "I wanna be with you too". Then they have a long, romantic kiss.
