They sat quiet for about ten minutes. "So...are you an only child", asks AJ trying to make conversation? "No, I have a little brother named Keith", says Steph. "I have a little sister named Emily". "Oh really, well maybe they could meet one day", says Steph starting to pack her things. "Are you leaving", asks AJ as he gets off of the towel. "Yeah, I got to be home before dinner". "Can I walk you home"? "It's just two blocks away, I'll be okay". "Are you sure"? "Yeah I'm sure, but it was nice meeting you". "Same here, bye Steph", he says as she walks away. She turns back around. "Bye", she says and then starts back walking.

Steph walked into the front door of her one stories home. Her little sister Emily was in the living room watching cartoons. "Hey Em, where's mom and dad", asks Steph as she closes the door. "Mom had a 911 emergency call to the hospital, and dad is next door at grandma's house", says Emily. "Okay", says Steph as she walks down the hall towards her room.

She walked in her room and tossed her bag in her closet which was open. She layed down on her bed and starred at the ceiling. She couldn't stop thinking about AJ. She had never seen a guy that beautiful. She feel deep into her thoughts and was sleep five minutes later.

She woke up to the sound of her mother and father arguing. That was a every night thing. Steph heard a knock on her door. She got of off her bed and opened the door. It was her little sister Emily crying. "What's wrong Emily", she asks as pulls her into the room. "Mom and dad are scaring me", she says rubbing her eyes. "It'll be okay, you can sleep in here with me tonight". "Okay". Emily climbed into Steph's bed and layed with her eyes closed until she went to sleep. Steph on the other hand went in the bathroom and took a shower.

When she got out, Emily was sound asleep. Her mother and father had calmed down. Most likely, her father had left. It was about 6:20 AM. She decided to get a little more sleep. She climbed in bed with Emily and feel asleep

"Wake up Steph, someone's here to see you", says Emily holding her teddy bear and shaking Steph. "Who is it", asks Steph as she rolls around to face Emily. "Some cute boy, come on", says Emily leaving out of the room. "Who could be here", asks Steph in her thoughts.

Steph walked into the living room wearing her Pooh Bear and Tigger pajama bottoms with a white tanktop. This guy was standing beside Emily with his back turned. "Hey", says Steph as she stands behind them. They turned around and it was...AJ. "AJ", asks Steph? She was so embarrassed at what she was wearing. "Hey Stephanie". "How did you find out where I lived". "A girl down at the beach told me, I just came to ask you something". "What is it"? "I wanted to know...if you would like to go out"? There was a dead silence in the room. "He asked you something", says Emily waving her hand to get Steph's attention. "Emily, go to your room", snaps Steph. Emily kicks the couch. "I always have to go to my room", says Emily as she walks down the hall. "So", says AJ. "I would love to go out with you". "Thanks, can I get a hug", he asks holding his arms out. Steph walks between his arms and wraps her arms around him. "I'll see you later AJ". "Alright, well bye". "Bye".
