Which Side Are You On?*part 4*

"How is she?" asks a man's voice.

"Honestly, I don't know. She hasn't moved or anything. She hasn't even opened her eyes," answers a young women's voice.

"That's not good. It's been three days now. I don't think she wants to wake up."

"Give her a few more days. I'm sure she'll come out of it soon."

"Will you watch over her then?"

"Of course...Aww, her parents must be worried."

.........a few hours pass........

"Ugh..ow..am I dead?" Sovira asks herself, finally waking up as she glances around. "Where am I? What happened?"

(gasp) "You're finally awake! You've been sleeping forever," the young women says.

"How long?"

"About three days, almost four."

"What is today?"

"It's Tuesday."

"What time?"

"Let's see...(looks at clock) it's 7:39pm. It's pretty late."

"Am I...dead? Where am I?"

"Heh..no, not dead. It was pretty close but Ahx saved you. You're lucky you know."

"Lucky? How? So I can watch everyone I love die? Then I'm luckier dead."

"Don't say that. I know how you must feel. You're not the first. Oh..I'm Sariin. Look,you wait here and I will get you something to eat. Just relax, okay?"

"Wait. Where am I?"

"So many questions..ugh..let's just leave it at Ahx's mansion. Don't worry. After you eat and get cleaned up I'm sure Ahx will take you home to see your parents."

"I was supposed to go to Karin's funeral. I guess it's too late now."

"I'm sorry," Sariin says and exits the room.

Sariin has long platinum blond hair down her back, but usually wears it up in a bun. She has sky blue eyes, peachy-white skin, 5'5, and is skinny. A few minutes pass and a young man walks in with his hands behind his back as if he were hiding something.

"I see you are finally awake. That's deffinately a good thing. I was afraid you had given up and that we had lost another to the same tragedy," says the young man.

"So you're Ahx? The one who saved me?"

"Yes. What is your name?"

"I'm Sovira. Haven't I seen you somewhere?"

"Here," he says taking his hands out from behind his back revealing flowers.

There were tons of flowers. Lots of different kinds. There were tulips, daisies, dahlias, fox gloves, roses, lilies, and a variety of many

more all bundled together.

"It's from the funeral. They were meant for you," he says handing them over.

"Flowers?...Thank you," she says and takes them.

"You can put them in that vase over by the bed for now."

"Where?"

"On the nightstand beside the bed on the right side. You see it?"

"Uh...yeah."

"It's already got water in it so just put them in."

"Okay."

"Now come. You should eat. Then we'll answer any questions you might have," he sticks his hand out and she grabs it and they walk downstairs into the dining room.
