“Alexis stop staring at my glass.” Her friend Cheryl said giving Alexis a weird look.
“I’m sorry it’s just that they sound so right now but I can’t have it.” Alexis explained
“Wouldn’t you rather have a baby than a drink?”
“No because when I’m sick from a drink it goes away the next day but with a baby it lasts for nine freaking months.”
“I love the hormones you get when you’re pregnant.” Her other friend Jessica laughed.
“Don’t make fun of me.”
“I’m sorry but I’m so glad that I don’t have kids or plan on having nay in the next three years.”
“Lucky you.”
“I know.”
“You’re such a …” Alexis was interrupted by the sound of “damaged” by Danity Kane in her purse. It was Hailey. “Hello?”
“Alexis someone took Brooke.”
“What? How?”
“I put them to sleep and then I fell asleep and I guess someone came in and took her and I couldn’t hear anything.”
“Wait is Peyton gone too?’
“No he’s here. But there was a note left on Brooke’s bed.”
“Well what does it say?”
“It says ‘I couldn’t have you the first time so I’m taking something of yours. And by the way where was your so called husband. Signed the new kid.”
“What does it mean?”
“I wish I knew.”
“Wait the new kid? The only one I knew was Nathan right after Ryan left.”
“You mean the guy who put you in the hospital?”
“Yeah Hailey call the cops, give them a picture of Brooke and tell them she was taken by Nathan Roberts.”
“Okay.”
“And call beau and tell him what happened.” Alexis hung up the phone and called Ryan and told him what was going on. Then he called James.
At James apartment
“I forgot what it was like to kiss you.” Amanda said falling on James’s bed.
“I didn’t.”
“Oh shut up and just keep doing what you’re doing.”
Before James could do anything his phone rang. Ryan told him the story about Brooke and told them to get over to his house.
Beau’s apartment
“If you don’t like my cooking then maybe I should just leave if I can’t please.” Aurora yelled throwing food at Beau.
“Don’t be like that it was just this one meal. I’m sorry.”
“It’s not just the food it’s everything. I wish someone would call and give me a reason to leave this hell hole.”
Ring
“That was weird.”
“Answer it.”
“Hello?”
“Beau? Brooke is missing get over here it was some guy named Nathan that did it. Everyone knows already just get over hear now.”
Beau grabbed his keys and Aurora and left without a word.
