Deslord - Chapter 1
*The Serphant*
"Hey! Meela! Look what I found!" Artix called at the top of his lungs. "What did you find this time?" Meela asked unimpressidly, though Meela really wanted to find out what it was. Artix pulled away some vines and showed her the bridge. "That's the way to Falcon Reach! We can't go through there! There's a Sea Serphant who guards it" Meela cried trying to not show that she's worried about Artix, "Since when were you so worried about me?" Artix asked. "I'm not! Who said I did?!" Meela blushed and panicked.
"Your-" Artix was stopped by a loud sound. 'CRACK! SIZZLE! SPALSH...' The bridge cracked open as a blue serphant roared out of the middle of the bridge and two other mini ones attatched to the serphant popped up beside it. "NOOOOOO!" Artix yelled as Meela was picked up fainted by the sea serphant. "TAKE ME!" Artix yelled.
Meela faintly heard the sound of Artix's voice screaming 'TAKE ME! TAKE ME INSTEAD...' But Meela was too weak to reconise who was saying it. Meela could no longer hold, as Artix could see her dangling from the serphants claws. 'Must... Resist... The. Power!' Artix could no longer hold it in.
Artix let out a roar of anger and formed into a dragon "NO ONE TAKES MY LUNCH!" Artix roared which he was no longer the sweet young Artix he was a strong dragon called... Faine. Faine flied up so high that the serphant could no longer see him then swooped down and clawed the serphants eyes.
The sea serphant called Draglok let go of Meela and rubbed it's eyes unable to see for a few minutes Faine perched itself on a tree, he was to heavy! As the branch was starting to break Faine formed back into Artix weakly and fell off the tree weakly not knowing.
'Artix... Please wake up!' Artix heard the faint words then he slowly opened his eyes and saw Meela closing her eyes and pucking her lips. Then Artix realised that Meela thought he was dead or something. "HOLD ON!" Artix jumped and moved back "STAY BACK!" Artix yelled.
"RUN HIDE! AS FAR AS YOU CAN AWAY FROM ME! GO NOW!" Artix screamed as he formed back into his dragon form. Meela was hiding and watching from behind a tree. 'What has he gotten himself into?' Meela whispered to herself.
For she knew her best friend was a legendary dragon. Then she looked up and saw in the dragons place Artix lying down beaten up and the serphants dead blocking the giant cracks in the bridge. "ARTIX!" Meela cried as she ran over to pick him up. Should I? Meela thought.
She thought that Artix would be okay she thought. Then Artix's eyes slowly opened up as his head rested in her lap. "Thank You... Me-la" Artix said as he got up.
Deslord - Chapter 2
*Falcon Reach*
"Thanks for saving me again" Artix laughed as they walked across the bridge. "No, you saved me... Artix" Meela giggled. At the end of the bridge there was a person with a cloak on covering it's whole body and it started walking up to them.
"Meela, I feel a presence of evil, Stay back!" Artix warned as he pulled Meela behind him and drew his sword. "Stay Away!" Artix warned the unknown person, and swung his sword near it's face. "I am no threat, I only wish to warn you." The person said deeply.
'About what?' Artix and Meela thought, theres nothing in Falcon Reach that has been told that is any danger. "I warn you of... Monsters, Demons and most of all Dragons." The dark mysterious person interupted their thoughts and once again deeply called.
"Thanks for the warning Bye!" Meela pulled Artix with her as she walked off, "I warn you, Do be careful..." The person said as they walked off, "My Childs" She said as she took the hood off and reveiled her true identity.
"Who was that mad person?" Meela asked, "I really don't know myself, I mean, C'mon, I've travelled in these parts for a long time, well not past Falcon Reach but alot of the places and have never seen that person before" Artix explained.
"Well, you dumb nut, maybe if you passed the bridge with your draco-ness you'd maybe of met that person and found out who it was." Meela snapped as she clicked her fingers in Artix's face. "Your right" Artix added.
"Maybe, I should explain this all to you" Artix sighed. "Explain what? Is there something your not telling me?" Meel asked. "Well, you figered it out, I have the dragon amulet, well atleast that's what the knights say, but they don't know 'nothing." Artix said slowly so Meela got it all.
"Maybe... Let's see, your royal?" Meela laughed, "No, I don't think so, I'm not powerful enough to be a royal." Artix replied. "It's getting dark. Look!" Meela told Artix and pointed to the stars in the sky. They were in the shape of a warning sign of trees.
"Huh?" Artix bumped Meela so she would answer him.
"Huh, Oh, yeah, It's a warning of trees. How could trees be dangerous?" Meela asked then there was a rustle above them in the trees. Then a dark black figure jumped down from the trees and greeted them.
As it moved closer it reveiled itself. "I'm Robina, Hi, I haven't seen you around these parts, are you new here?" Robina greeted. "Oh yes, I am Artix and this is Meela, we are from uhh," Artix got stuck on introducing himself and Meela. "From Osprey Cove!" Meela butted in.
"I see, follow me to guide you to safety" Robina giggled. "Well, we have no where to stay so why not?" Artix asked Meela, "Okay, okay, I get it. So where do you live a tree house or something?" Meela asked Robina and laughed.
"No. TWILLY!" Robina called. "Who's Twilly?" Artix and Meela asked Robina as they looked at eachother. Then a little orange moglin bunny thing hopped down. "Besides his big ears hes my perfect friend. Say Hi." Robina laughed.
"Hi! I'm Twilly" Twilly greeted them. "This is home" Twilly said. "A bunch of trees?!" Artix snorted, 'Don't be rude!' Meela nudged Artix. "All right all right. Jees." Artix backed. Then Twilly pulled away the giant leaves and reveiled a giant house with a sigh on the front.
Artix read it. It sayed 'Inn' "Inn, Inn we go!" Artix laughed as he triumphedly strolled on the way in. "Not so fast," Robina stopped him with her bow.
