Abel's dad left her family when she was 10 years old. Abel spent 5 years without her father. Abel loves her mother to death,but she just doesnt feel Useful,Brave,Smart. Whats the word im looking for? WHOLE. She doesn't feel whole anymore.
She just doesn't think she has anything else to live for. That is until she meets Lance. Lance Michael Preston. 16 years old and in 10th grade. He's a transfer student at "Brookes High School" He came from Nebraska to here in a little foresakin town of Milton,Florida.
Lance has caught Abel's eye many times, but he was warned of Abel's reputation. From guys all over school, warned him. But they actually were just trying to get in bed with her. They never did tell him about her Good Girl Reputation also.
Abel falls for Lance emotionally,not physically. She could care less if he wanted sex or not. She just wanted to be with HIM. Lance falls back but is a bit too much aware of her reputation to risk his. But he doesn't know that all he's heard was lies. The word gets around to Abel that, thats, the reason why he doesn't like her.
She gets all sad and mopey and returns to her sad, Miss Goodey Two Shoes wardrobe. Cute yet Emo looking. He finally gets the courage to ask her about all of it one day at break. Will he get the real truth? Will they ever be together? What Will Happen?
