Landon looked down at the ground then back up at Ashlyn “I love you too” he said and he leaned down to kiss her when…..


“ASHLYN WAKE UP IT’S THE LAST DAY OF SCHOOL!!!

” Her mom yelled from downstairs.

 I sat up and smiled. “Why do I always have that dream? Oh. That’s what I wanted last summer to end like. But last summer ended with everything except me telling him I loved him and him almost kissing me.” I said standing up and yawning. I wanted this summer to be different it’s the summer before Senior Year, and possibly my last chance to tell Landon! 



I’m going back to my grandparent’s farm this summer, I leave this afternoon. I got up and took a shower and washed my hair with Pantene Shampoo & Conditioner. It smelled so good. We only had half a day of school. When 11^th grade started my parents went out bought me a Till Blue Aurora. I Love it so much.



I blow dried my hair halfway and scrunched it. My hair is naturally curly so it looked pretty like that. I got me some light blue jeans on and a Hollister T-shit, and my Sperry’s.  I grabbed my car keys and took on down stairs bringing my suitcase with me, so they could have my stuff packed up so we can leave quicker. “Bye Mom! Bye Dad!” I yelled as I went out the door. If you’re wondering I have no brothers or sisters, I’m an only child.



I got to school and met up with Alexis, My best friend ever, “Hey Sexy Lexi, What’s up?” I asked laughing. “Nothing much Ash, so what do you have planned for the summer?” she asked. “Well I’m going to my grandparent’s farm.” I said smiling. “Again?” she asked. “Yeah it’s a tradition” I said laughing. “Yeah I bet” she said laughing too. “So are you going to tell him?” she asked. “I don’t know” I said as we walked into our class and sat down.




The teacher dragged on and on reading some summer speech that made her cry. I sighed and looked at the clock 11:59!! One minute, One More minute, one minute!!!  *TICK.TOCK.TICK.TOCK.TICK.TOCK    *BRING* “WooooHoooo” everyone yelled and ran out into the hall throwing papers everywhere. I walked over to my group of friends and gave them all hugs and said “Bye Guys!! Next time we see each other we’ll be seniors” I said about to scream.




I ran out of the school building and ran the 3 blocks to my house. I ran inside and yelled “Mom! Dad! I’m Home!! Let’s Go!!” I ran upstairs and grabbed both of their hands and pulled then down stairs and out the door and into the car. “Come On!! Let’s Go!!” I nearly yelled. My dad in the driver’s seat gave me an “Are You Nuts” glare. “Yeah I am nuts!! So please can we go” I asked smiling. He smiled while putting the key in the ignition and said “My little girl is growing up” and he looked over to my mom who started crying. I smiled and said “Yeah but daddy ill always be your Baby Girl”
