This Could Be YOU! Win Miss/Mr. TestrifficBaby 2009! Babies will be judged by weight (like a pumpken!), height (like a carrot!), and certain abilities. Can your baby hop the most? Place your pics and/or videos of the baby you'd like to enter. I know my babies, so don't enter an 8-pounder if its a 9-pounder! Rules are- 1. No dressed-up men/women as babies 2. must be 2 years or younger to enter 3. Only One Baby per entry. and only 1 entry per user. 4. NO-NUDE PHOTOS! This is a classy contest, participants must be fully-clothed. 5. No shoe babies. 6. no boyfriends/girlfriends of which you refer to as a "baby" 7. No older grown-ups behaving like babies (same goes for all past 2, i suppose) 8. No dolls, puppets, socks, imaginary, invisible, etc. babies are allowed. 9. No baby drunks, drug addicts, etc. 10. no cheating (such as sneaking a pic at a baby at the mall and claiming him as your own. i swear, i am a full-time baby investigator who knows his babies!
