The reason Jesus and all of the others were depicted as blond with blue eyes and pale skin is that all the events in the bible really didn't take place within the Middle East. It all happened in Sweden, hence the depictions of Swedish Jesus.


Either that, or the Mormons are right and skin color is like a mood ring for how sinful a person is.

Actually, when the angel vistited Mary and told her what God's plan was, she said, 'Be it unto me according to your word'. So, I think she agreed to the plan. Also, I was noticing that the angel told her that 'a sword would pierce your heart'. He let her to know she would be facing suffering if she did this. I think God gets a point for full disclosure, too. hahahaha.

lol all the pictures i've seen,jesus is white, blond hair and blue eyes... and has a great big cool looking beard... mary was also white... and joseph too. lol
