OOOOk About 70-90 percent of the world says FOOTBALL ...the rest..mainly america, sum assies n other countries with lack of logics say SOCCER....so i say soccer is suckaz...i play real football world football...where we use our FEET not our hands n run...an personally i jus feel like a idiaot sayin soccer when i was raised sayin foortball n seein the logic in it ...so let the wars begin...WHAT U PREFER TO SAY..plz no FOOTY BIZNESS.IT SOUNDS SILLY!!!

Umm if you we're brought up in America then you probably call soccer "soccer" because the term "football" is used for our version of "football". If you wern't brought up then the U.S. then its most likley the opposite. Simple as that.

FOOTBALL! People have to realise that there is more than one type of football... Anyway, the term football makes more sense because you use your FOOT to control the BALL....
