Needing Tips or Advice On Moving

I'm a little town kid, and I'm moving to the big city soon, and starting high school. I have no friends there and I have no idea how I can get friends, without messing up my image and hanging out with the wrong crowd... let alone start high school. -_-" ... please give any advice. thank you!

Oh honey, same thing happened to me. I made friends kinda fast. I tend to be shy hwen i don't know anybody, but as soon as I got to school, a group kinda adopted me.

Just be yourself, open up a little bit and talk to people but dont get too personal to start. Try to catch onto what they talk about and if your feeling uncomfortable than dont hang out with em. If they start talking about hard core drugs like coke and shit than just dont mess with em, they should be cautious when talking to you too maybe. Its all just get to know ppl slow and steady

No worries...won't nobody know you're the new kid anyways cause people from other schools are just gonna assume you're from another district...all you have to do is hang around people you're comfortable with and don't open your mouth too much until you know it's the right time to say something
