It's actually a network of regular people using Google to find an answer in a really short time.. so you can get answers even when you don't have access to the internet. I thought that was pretty awesome. What do you think?

Just to clear things up... ChaCha is free aside from whatever you have to pay for a text anyway if anything. It is always free no matter how much you use it.
