The AmityVille Horror..

So, I just got done watching The Amityville Horror and Ive seen it way too many times to count, but Im just curious..or confused..well which isnt hard to do.. but.. Im wondering..didnt everyone die in the end? I watched the 1979 version in which the family all survives and gets outta the house in the end..and in the newer version the guy kills his whole family..or are there sequals that Im forgetting about, because I could have sworn Ive seen a couple others like this but everyone dies in the end...

yeah thats what I was saying. BUT there was a grown man that killed his family there I even saw the crime scene photos one time.

The house is still open and at one time it may have been viewed openly by the public the The original fellow who told the story to whomever wrote it, recanted and admitted the hoax. I'll google the following for you guys but No one was ever killed in the home. It was all a huge hoax. hold on ill get the info.

oh and Amityville is not a place lots of people like to go to now. its gotten pretty run down. Blacks seem to have that effect on a community. *sobbs*

yeah but the TRUE part of it was just a simple adult killing his parents and young siblings...the house sold like normal and isn't a secluded country house but actually a WELL populated area where the houses are nut to but...several families have lived there with no problems from ghosts or anything besides people driving by to see the house...I saw it. My bathroom in Connecticut is more haunted.

I was still screaming though.
I'm a wimp when it comes to scary movies. The first "scary" movie I ever sat through was When a Stranger Calls like two years ago. I was in the corner rocking back and forth with my hand over my eyes.
