yes, whats the difference. handicapped or not as long as that person treats u right and respects you and u treat them the same then go for it. everyone is handicapped in some way.

Impairments I think I could handle...depending on the impairments...also depends on if we were together before they got that way. I wouldn't leave the one I love because they got in an accident and ended up in a wheelchair or something. Though as shallow as it sounds...I really don't think I could date someone who's in a wheelchair...it'd just be too awkward for me.

what if you just started dating someone and then they were in a car accident and ended up in a wheelchair or something. that'd be hard too. would you be staying for true feelings or out of pity?
