Hey. I'm curious as to see what people think the real definition of emo is. Not from a dictionary... From you. Do you think it's a fashion statement? A music genre? A state of being? A personality? I already have my firm opinion of what it is... But I want to know yours. ^_^

Well, it's all that you listed, a fashion statement, a music genre, a state of being, a personality, just how you look at life really, I think emo kids really go overboard with it though, like really, what is that bad they have to cut themselves or be depressed like that for? my friend Gerald lost a lot of family members, like, his mom committed suicide, his sister was hit by a car, his other sister got really sick,..... lots of stuff man, and he is the funnest person to be around. He always has a smile on his face. He's a people person and gets along with everybody.
