Ok me again real issue this time

So I've had to guys after me for over a month now and I chose one of them to be with. But now how do I tell the other one it's off. I tried to do it today but I just couldn't do it to him. What do you think would be an easy way to tell a guy that it's over and if your a guy how would you want a girl to tell you? Please guys I just don't know what to do.
