	I don't think it should mainly because the government will use it to tax heavily and make themselves more money. But then you also have the possible effect of it loosing it's "taboo" and people won't want to do it anymore. They'll start doing other more addictive and potentially harmful drugs further deteriorating the already dying economy of america.
