Capitalism today is nothing more than putting a good face on oligarchy

Beauracracy is nothing more than a tool of capitalism, right? Effectively create more jobs while also blurring the path to the top (roadblockacy?). In the public relations age, there are people hired to act as goodwill ambassadors for a company, making a global conglomoration appear as if it cared about people on an individual level (these companies would actually care more about $1 bills than they would people). As humans, we will unconsciously ignore certain negativities when we associate these things with a human face that is relatable and reliable (two ideals that are very easy manufacturable).

I totally agree on the printing new money thing, it would explain why inflation is on the rise. Our dollar is weaker than ever before. Other countries are going to stop selling to us because we are no longer profitable which will further hurt our economy and through us back into the great depression.

Well, our government is a business that tries to create capital for itself. So, yeah... it wouldn't surprise me.

Eh, our monetary system seems to me like "Okay, let me print you some money. Got that? Now give it back, and I'm gonna hold on to it. Let me print you some more money. Okay, give that back. Here's some more freshly-printed money. Give it back now." and so on and so on.

Could it be possible our oil plan is to buy everyone else's until there's no more left, and then drill our own as we watch the tables turn into countries wanting to buy our oil for exhorbitant prices? Basically, are we dwindling the supply of others so the demand for ours increase?

And then on the other hand you got China buying up all the world's steel and the price of steel is soaring to no heights with no end in sight. That increases the cost on construction which in turn translates to slower economic growth and expansion of businesses.

The government tried to do that thru capital gains and the result was companies started holding onto their money more tightly and I think it plays no small role in the sluggish economy. But I agree in the psuedo-governments the Fortune 500 companies have become. The thing that kills me right now is how we are not regulating the price of oil. We could put down refineries in Alaska and be exporting oil inside of 5 years as a product instead of depending upon the middle east. The middle east is laughing their ass off at us because they are slowly impoverishing the richest country in the world and we are letting them.

Yeah, but should Darwinism be in anyway related to human beings? Especially when the indicator of how powerful a human is is nothing more than an invention of the mind (the concept of "wealth"). We don't have to fully accept Socialism, just modify Capitalism so that we're no longer following an idea that predates the Industrial Revolution.

Put a maximum on how much a company can earn (a.k.a. stricter business tax brackets), and treat a business no greater than an individual. Companies are almost treated as quasi-governments without any of the "soverignty" baggage attached. Should we all be scared our government is putting a large influence on military and police power, while slowly cutting back on education? No, we should all be terrified.
