And, for the record. (once again) Darwin did not develop the theory of 'evolution' it was around long before he came along. He didn't say whether evolution was true or not. "Evolution" is one word You will not find in any of his published writings; another thing Darwin never spoke of was "survival of the fittest." What Darwin did say, was that if the species of this planet did not always look and act the way they do now, the reason they are the way they are now is because.... (i don't have room to explain natural selection. But, it goes something like this: long ago, who cares how long, not all giraffes had long necks(wherein You will find just as many, and no more, bones as in the human neck) some had shorter necks. Giraffes with longer necks were better able to reach more of the leaves on a tree and therefor ate more and lived longer than their short-necked cousins. Eventually there were more long giraffes than short because there were more long necks breading than short necks, and these passed on the long neck gene to their offspring, after time all giraffes living had long necks. That's what Darwin had to say. Not that giraffes used to be mice.) So, Darwin can be left out of this conversation, whether You're for or against what You THINK he said.
