The Right To Smoke Vs. The Right To Breath
There has been many restrictions placed on public smoking, and smoking in general. Some would say that it has gotten to the point that smokers are been discriminated against. Others say that it's the non-smokers that suffer. Are there too many restrictions? And are smokers being discriminated against? Or, are there not enough laws to protect non-smokers from second-hand smoke?
