How can we get a GUY to loosen up?

well i know this guy and i want him to like loosen up, n not act like, u can say mature infront of me, how can i et him to like talk to us in a normal way, without worrying, he might make a fool of himself??

umm.. don't pressure him, for starters. 2nd, it's not cool to try and get someone to change for you cuz you don't like em the way they are. what is "normal" anyway? can you define that? look.. the easiest way to get him to loosen up is to LET him be himself!
