Anyone here I can talk to?

Recently I've had lots of problems with my family and friends, I really don't like talking to counselors or even just people I know, can anyone on here offer any advice on how to get over what I would describe to be a depressive stage in life?

do you know what as someone whose experienced things happening to and around me myself the only advice i can give is to get through this yourself because yes people on here or in school or w.e might say nice things and give what you think maybe good advice but if you dont already know you'll soon find out that everyones different, and what might've worked for them might not for you. however i hope all goes well with whatever you choose to do

In regards to professional help, I’m generally skeptical about counselors, though in your case I would not be above suggesting it. Just on my limited knowledge if there are hereditary and biological elements you could be helped considerably if you worked with a psychiatrist. Other than that, involving yourself in something productive and stress relieving could prove beneficial. Or learn some techniques to keep yourself calm and relaxed. Although that is treating the symptoms and not the cause it could keep it relatively in check since you don’t seem to want to seek any official help. You also should know, no one can tell you what should do. You’re in your own unique set of circumstances and you have to learn what is effective in your case.

You’ve stated three family members that suffered/suffer from suicidal behavior. You might have a hereditary predisposition for that type of state. Because of that, you actually might want to consult someone. Crying or emotional swings with no immediate reason as to why…that could be several things, one of which could be Free Floating Anxiety-- If an anxious component is mixed with the depression or sense of sadness. There are environmental stressors with that and similar mental afflictions. You’re also reaching your teenage years where you possess an immature temporal lobe causing you to believe no one understands you and that you’re entirely alienated from most adults and peers along with your system being chemically haywire. With the stress of your family situation, school, and other difficulties you have alluded to - either, both, or similar afflictions and states could be a main cause in that type of disorder.

Multiple things, I've had two uncles commit suicide, my mum is on drugs and she's also suicidal. Every day my brother taunts, ridicules, injures me and I have become afraid to walk past him as I just know that he is going to punch me or something of the like. I get teased at school to no end. All my friends think they know everything about me when they don't know a thing. And half the time I will cry myself to sleep and I have no idea why. And that is just scratching the surface.
