Babies make boys disappear!!!!!!

Come on, it's a proven fact.. have you noticed how guys are SO into a girl when she'll give it up, even convince her that sex without condoms feels so much better and he can't (or won't) get her pregnant. Yet, they seem to be good at getting girls pregnant anyway and when they do, want nothing else to do with a girl. While I haven't personally had to deal with this, I think that guys who 'disappear' after getting a girl pregnant are really shady and it's happened to a few of my friends. What makes boys do this? And why??

That a really good question...Who knows but trust me I would love to know...being a mom of a baby with a dead beat dad...but I can say this not all guys are the same...some really do stay and then there are others that you think are going to stay around forever and then the day comes that they black your eye and leave you alone when you due in 3 days... In my opinion the kids with dads like this are not missing out on anything their daddys are missing out on watching something that they helped to make...and deel2007 sometimes you are with these people for almost a year and after that long you dont expact then to do a disappering act...

i dont think it's all boys. just some of the immature ones. girls who give it up that easily should have taken a longer/harder look at the boyfriends personality before sleeping with him.not saying the girls deserved this, but we should keep our guard up alil longer dontcha think?

You don't know anything. Just because you have seen, heard of, or met people that have been like that, DOES NOT mean that everyone is similar. Open your eyes, not everyone is alike. I think you need to rethink this, with an open mind. You don't really know what you might be able to pull out of this.

i think guys like this should get kicked in the teeth. they helped make it so they should take care of it. i could understand that they may be scared but they have to take responsibility for their actions.

Your both fighting each other over the same point is what your both getting at. Marcus' point was that statistics can be perverted to prove almost anything and that they shouldn't be taken as the gospel truth. Were not arguing that 95% of people have premarital sex, that sounds about right to me. Were stating that statistics can be fabricated or manipulated because you said yourself that you're a statistic junky.
