Out of body exsperience anyone?

Has anyone had an out of body exsperience? I had one about year and a half ago...i was goign through major depression and i found it impossible to sleep. Anyway one night i dreamt that i was playing basketball on the team and i had a heartattck....but as i was sleeping i could feel my heart palpitating...so enough i could see myself on the bed...with a smile upon my face. it was the scariest thing i've ever exsperience. so if you've exsperience this as well tell me about it...

oh! so in your dream you were watching yourself dieing. Those are the kind that will totally freak you out and wake you up sweating. I didnt know if I missed a part there where maybe you really went to a hospital or something. sorry, i'm slow. lol I dream like that too. I see myself leave my body to go do things that I would never do. I have lots and lots of weird dreams. I dream every single night but not all of them are scary. I sometimes cant tell if the dream was real or if the real is a dream. For example.... I will go to work, work really really hard... having serious conversations with people, phone calls, and delimas and such like normal... only to be woke up by the alarm clock and relizing it was all a dream. And now it is really time to go to work. Luckily I dont relive that dream but however I find myself wondering all day sometimes if this is just the dream. I dont know which I would choose to be real cause they seem to be identicall in nature. This has happened several times. Other dreams related are just of doing things at home. I have tons of other examples. Tell me of any other ones you have had.
