Out of body exspirence anyone?

Has anyone had an out of body exsperiance? I had one about year and a half ago...i was goign through major depression and i found it impossible to sleep. Anyway one night i dreamt that i was playing basketball on the team and i had a heartattck....but as i was sleeping i could feel my heart palpitating...so enough i could see myself on the bed...with a smile upon my face. it was the scariest thing i've ever experienced. so if you've exspirenced this as well tell me about it...
